La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes ir directamente al castillo de Kumamoto. Si giras a la derecha, puedes llegar a la terminal de autobuses Kumamoto Sakuracho en 100 minutos e ir al aeropuerto. Al lado de la estación se encuentra la plaza comercial SAKURA Matchi. supermercado de negocios. Camine dos pasos más y subirá y bajará. El festival de compras de la ciudad es muy animado. El desayuno es tipo buffet y los platos son ricos y deliciosos.

Just wow! Scored a great deal on this and the room exceeded all expectations in terms of room size, design and location. Parked near the hotel and they have a “deal” for just 1200yen from 3pm to 11am. These are the official check in and check out times. If not, there is a standard 7pm to 7am flat rate 800yen at the same parking station. Really depends what time you get in/leave.

Al hacer la reserva, anoté un adulto y un niño menor de 12 años. Esta habitación está limitada a dos personas. Debo pagar una tarifa por niño de 2200 por noche. Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

Fantastic stay! Excellent room with open-air bath and little garden. Food tasted great, well balanced saltiness and sweetness. Service staff were warm and efficient, taking initiative to provide service for guest's convenience.

This hotel has the biggest room among all hotels I have been to in Japan! Room is very clean. Staff are very supportive. Super close to tram and train stations.

Este hotel está justo al lado de la estación JR, lo cual es muy conveniente para mis dos días de viaje en tren. Hay un centro comercial al lado y puedes ver a los jóvenes haciendo skate en la plaza de enfrente. La habitación es un poco pequeña para abrir dos maletas grandes. Sin embargo, el hotel cuenta con un gran baño público (onsen) y una sauna, lo cual es un gran plus.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, la atención del personal es muy buena, la habitación era espaciosa dentro de los límites de japon, y además tiene lavandería zona de fumadores y te dan cafe, té y utensilios básicos como crema para limpiarte la cara etc lo recomiendo 100x100.

El baño, impecable, tenía aguas termales naturales en las que podía bañarme incluso tarde por la noche, y me calentaba el cuerpo por completo. Había una selección de almohadas, así que pude dormir profundamente y sin estrés. Tuve que elegir mi habitación por mi cuenta, pero al principio me sorprendió encontrar una litera, aunque la litera de arriba era pequeña, así que no me molestó demasiado. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí.
