Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries.

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

The hotel was located a 2 minute walk from the airport bus stop. It was also close to tram stops and a don quijote across the road. The room was a little small but we managed to make space for 2 large suitcases by moving things around. There is also a massage chair in the room which was a random nice touch. I really recommend the breakfast as there was an all fish option which is great if you're muslim and only eat halal. It gave us the opportunity to try something traditional that I would not have been able to before. Freshly made bonito flakes too! The hotel also has a luggage disposal service as my suitcase broke on the way there, it costed 3300 yen. It was a convenient, clean and safe stay :)

El hotel está en el lado del agua y un nuevo parque atletico. El personal es muy amable y bienvenido. La comida es muy agradable aunque el restaurante carece de cierto carácter. Para un hotel de 3 estrellas hay muchas comodidades. El hotel está muy bien estacionado, muy bien situado en la zona del hotel. Quizás el buffet debería ser más extendido por la habitación.

Pluses: restaurant and family mart on-site. Close to tram and bus routes and in the edge of Tenmonkan entertainment zone - if that's your thing. No real complaints. Good solid hotel.

Todo desde la habitación, el spa, el desayuno y la zona circundante fue bueno. La vista de la ciudad y la vista de sakurajima fueron increíbles. Hay un transbordador que va a y desde el centro. La experiencia de check-in no fue buena - larga cola y no claro para los extranjeros.

Let's start with the pros. This hotel is basically joined to the JR Kyushu Shinkasen / Kagoshimachuo station which is joined to the AMU Plaza shopping mall and it also has a tram stop right outside the mall (Kagoshima-chuo eki mae tram stop). So in terms of location I think this hotel ticks all the boxes. The lady at the front counter who was checking me was very friendly, however, we both had to use a translator to communicate 😂 . I believe that is it for the pros. Moving on to the cons. This hotel is starting to show its age (and not in a good way). The room was small, the bathroom is vintage, it felt dewy and it gave me an allergy attack. The 3 gripes I had: 1) The fix AC near the ceiling was blowing directly onto the bed which was really uncomfortable. I believe this contributed to my allergy flare-up. 2) The bed and the pillow was not very comfortable. I did not sleep well for the couple of nights. Or it could've just been the AC. 3) The hotel didn't offer any bottled waters. I would rather they take away the cheap plastic toothbrush and comb and offer the bottled waters instead.

There is a onsite parking but you need to pay. The parking is just beside the hotel. This hotel nearby eatery places, walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I will definitely stay this hotel again if I visit this place :)

El hotel está a pie del parque Shiroyama donde puedes hacer un paseo para tener una vista alta de la ciudad de Kagoshima abajo. También está cerca de Tennmonkan que tiene amplias opciones y compras. Las toallas están disponibles en el lobby para su uso gratuito. Lavandería de monedas está disponible, pero casi siempre ocupada.

Very good location. And close to train station No need to pass the road and use tunnel to walk pass When hungry and can't sleep can go B1 restaurant to eat dinner or supper My room view very good , can see the skyscraper
