We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Ayani and were very satisfied with the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok, not that big but it was clean. There was aircon and an electric kettle and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water and a really good shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. There was wifi and it worked perfectly. The breakfast was a buffet and consisted mostly of local dishes. Unfortunately the hot dishes were cold. The hotel is centrally located in the city. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and we can definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel limpio y espacioso. desayuno simple pero delicioso. aunque solicitamos una habitación tranquila pero tenemos la que cerca del multisala y un poco ruidoso.

The hotel is walking distance from Masjid Raya Baitulrahman. Easy to find food & souvenir The staff is very helpful and breakfast has few choices at an affordable price Also late check out can be requested

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman.. semua berfungsi dengan baik.. hanya saja air kolam-a saat itu kotor. Entah belum dibersihkan dari mandi² weekand.. tp saat itu kami kunjungi kolam-a sudah hari senin sore.. apalg kolam anak².. jorok banget, banyak daun & air-a seperti berminyak.. tp dari jauh bersih kq kelihatan-a krn dasar lantai yg biru.. 😅

Hotel is nice and secluded. Beautiful view, friendly staffs. Room is big. But the toilet is dirty and moldy. Not suitable for wheelchair

Es un resort muy bonito. El resort se encuentra cerca del Centro de Ciudad. También tienen una mejor vista de todos los resortes situados en Sumur Tiga. El personal también es amigable y útil. 😊 El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. Nota: (Obtenga el Bungalow de la vista del mar o Bungalow de la playa) Si desea obtener la mejor vista, debe sacrificar una habitación sin condón.
