UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy confortable, con una gran vista y un bello papel de pared. La comida en el bar y restaurante fue deliciosa, pero un poco barata y no mucho de elección para mi adolescente fussy. En general, un buen tiempo de relajación y nos dejó con el tiempo. Buscará ofertas especiales para volver con mi marido

UUsuario invitadoThis venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

UUsuario invitadoA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

RRosemary CameronThe hotel promotes itself as Dog friendly but it only accommodated dogs in the annex bedroom. Dogs are not allowed in any part of the main hotel reception, dining area etc so it’s not really a dog friendly hotel. As owners our movements were restricted as it wasn’t appropriate to leave our dog in an unfamiliar location unsupervised as he became very distressed. Dog friendly hotels usually allow owners to bring dogs into reception areas and dining areas. If I knew this was not possible I would never have booked. On a positive note the young man Rory working in the dining room gave a great standard of service, listened to our concerns and couldn’t be anymore attentive. It is important to highlight this and obvious how hard he was working whilst we where there😀 please note the photo uploaded was taken in another local dog friendly hotel ‘Mckays’ which did actually allow dogs in the bar and communal areas as it should be.

FFrancoise Jeanne ML’accueil n’était pas du tout chaleureux. Noys avons reçu 2 chambres qui ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos sur le site. L’une avait les 2 fenêtres qui donnaient durectement sur 1 toit. L’autre chambre avait les 2 fenêtres près du plafond. Donc aucune vue pour les 2 chambres. La 2ème faisait carrément ”prison”.
La chambre était propre mais tout ce qui était communs (réception, corridors, loundge) laissaient beaucoup à désirer et paraissaient vieux et malpropres.
Cet hôtel tient de l’usine à touristes. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à quelqu'un qui recherche quelque chose de cosy et chaleureux pour séjourner. Mais il est fonctionnel.

WWikiheyEn general, la habitación tiene todo lo que necesitas y una cama muy cómoda. Sin embargo, el olor a tabaco en la habitación es insoportable, sobre todo del cabecero de la cama se desprende el olor. Lo peor es la limpieza. Marcas de PP en el dispensador de Kleenex y el flush del baño. En las mesillas tampoco habían limpiado, pegajosas con marcas de comida. Esa fue la parte decepcionante porque lo demás era cómodo.

UUsuario invitadoOn arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel.
Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful.
Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes.
Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

UUsuario invitadoThe double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic.
The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

UUsuario invitadoNot the easiest to find if not using satnav but in a very tranquil location. Large carpark. Nearest shops about an 8 minute drive away. Very nice hotel but rooms could be done being modernised. Bed a bit too firm for us. Very welcoming staff.
Very good breakfast with a good choice and made to order hot food. Did not have dinner.
Can go for a quiet walk along the river.
