The best western carlton is a superb hotel to stay for one or two nights or more.the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom with super hot water is great.lie back and enjoy that well earned break away. Superb value for money and the staff are very welcoming on arrival. Good location and in a quiet area of Blackpool. Shops and north pier about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

La habitación está en una situación de gran interés, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. No ideales, especialmente con una pila de goma bastante triste que se linge en el rincón exterior. La piscina era nublada y no se sentía bien mantenida, y la sauna estaba fuera de orden durante mi visita. La cena era, francamente, decepcionante. El desayuno ofrece una variedad decente, pero la calidad era casi pasable. En resumen: brillante personal, pero el hotel mismo necesita un refreshambos en decoración y cena. Si usted viene por las risas y la ubicación, usted podría disfrutarlo. Si usted está después de la comodidad y la cocina, usted puede querer ver en otro lugar.

Not very happy at all. Paid £69 for my room which id fine HOWEVER then charged £70 for my 2 dogs (Was £20 per dog) now they get their own package which all has to be left at hotel. They need their own room for that price. The package doesn't warrant that extra cost for single night stays at all. Next millions of unsupervised children running round the hotel from check in to check out. More like fun house than peaceful quiet family Hotel. Asked for quiet room away from traffic and footfall however I think they gave me the opposite including a reeving motorbike at 7am no messing around. They got couple shouts out the window from other customers at hotel.
