A very nice fresh and clean hotel with easy access to the promenade and to the pleasure beach but quite at night as it is out of town good work facilities

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

It was great experience stay at hilton. Great customer service nice and clean rooms nd grat locatin. Breakfast was really good. Definitely visit again.

Estado en el hotel Barton Manor y spa con mi hija.... tuvimos un buen momento....de llegar a salir del personal no puede hacer lo suficiente para usted...el desayuno es muy agradable...no reservamos en el restaurante para cenar, pero me dijeron otros huéspedes ...que la comida del restaurante era deliciosa. Nos iremos sin duda de nuevo .

El hotel está muy cerca de todo. El personal estaba impresionante y sentía que los habíamos conocido durante años, especialmente Bobby. La cama era muy cómoda. Había ropa de cama muy limpia y hermosas toallas. El bar era razonablemente precio y el menú “snack” era suficiente para una comida completa

A great Hotel, stayed for 3 nights while visiting family. Great location, 1 minute from M6 junction, with free parking, took a dip in the pool, Spa and Steam room after a long day. 2 minute drive down the road is a McDonalds to keep kids happy and next door to McDonald s is a car park for EV charging for anyone with an Electric car, this is partly the reason for booking holiday Inn as needed to charge the car, Holiday Inn do have a restaurant and bar, quite pricey so used this once in our stay, but it’s a well stocked bar and pretty good menu. Breakfast was plenty, lots to choose from, playground outside for the children and a small play area in the lounge part of the bar, I do believe they also cater for dogs as saw a few during the stay and the reception had a treat jar.

Tje room jad everything we needed. Could have been perfect with bery little attention as paint and chrome peeling off of things in the bathroom, but didn't affect the cleanliness. Bed was comfy and sheets cleaned well. The hotel has a little café for the morning, but also the pub next door is great for food.
