We stayed in room 9, I have to say I have stayed in cleaner places the bathroom was pretty grim. Reception staff very friendly and so are the Starbucks staff

Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

Very good place, I will definitely reconsider next time. Easy check in and check out steps. Calm and friendly staffs also helped to lock the luggage even after the checkout until we wait for the train Rooms are very very luxurious with big tv, spacious toilets and this should be highlighted , they have got the most comfortable mattresses ever. Very good felt like I would need to get the same one. Overall it was too good.

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Functional, clean, tidy, helpful staff. Location very close to football stadium. Close to other out of town shopping. Not pretty views, but wasn’t looking for a sea view. Room nice, only drawback is the en-suite facilities are a little open to the rest of the room so no privacy coming out of the shower.

El hotel es bueno, el invierno es caliente y el verano es bueno, no necesita aire acondicionado (y no hay aire acondicionado), la temperatura es muy diferente por la mañana y por la noche, la atención a la caída de la ropa, la ciudad es caliente y temprana, es que el tren a Londres es demasiado caro

El hotel está situado junto a la autopista, con estilo sencillo como un hotel de automóviles, alrededor de McDonald's, café y supermercado pequeño, y todas las instalaciones de vida están completas. Aunque no tiene sentido de lujo, es limpio y cómodo, lo suficiente como para satisfacer las necesidades de dormir una noche. Para los visitantes de viaje, es una opción de alojamiento conveniente y práctica.

Lovely location. Breakfast was really yummy. They had absolutely everything, both hot and cold options. Staff are friendly. The spa was nice but, could do with a little refresh and the jets on the hot tub need a little fix, but it was still a nice relaxing time. We did find it a little hard to find the pool area, some better signage would be ideal. Either way we would be back.

Excellent hotel with great check in support. The staff were great and gave us advice about where we could charge our electric vehicle. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A nice clean and comfortable room. The bed was really comfortable and we stopped in an accessible room which was great. It had all of the facilities that you would need to be well supported. The only possible addition would be an EV charging point but there were facilities locally which were easily accessible.
