Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

El hotel tiene 20 plazas de aparcamiento en un solo edificio, con cuatro o cinco hoteles cerca. Durante el feriado del Día Nacional, el aparcamiento era extremadamente escaso, y tardé media hora en encontrar sitio. El Callejón Shuijing está justo abajo, a unos 800 metros del Callejón Mojia, lo que lo hace muy práctico para comer y hacer compras. Las costumbres nupciales locales forman parte de la tradición. Me despertó una explosión de petardos a las 3 de la madrugada y no pude volver a dormir. 🥀🥀🥀 Además, la alfombra del pasillo no estaba bien colocada, lo que facilitaba que las personas mayores tropezaran. Espero que esto mejore.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station

Excelente hotel, con hermosa vista desde los pisos superiores, habitaciones modernas con instalaciones completas, personal útil con un limitado inglés. 2ö metros del hotel el autobús del aeropuerto se va. tienda de conveniencia dentro del hotel. El robot de entrega es divertido y útil. Recomendado

La ropa de cama, los baños y los aseos están impecablemente limpios. El ambiente es elegante, el aparcamiento es gratuito y espacioso, y el servicio es atento. El desayuno es gratuito y abundante. Las instalaciones del hotel son ejemplares de un hotel de cinco estrellas, y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. ¡Alojarse aquí es una experiencia verdaderamente placentera!

Muchos hoteles están juntos en el mismo edificio. Los ascensores no son muy convenientes y siempre son un poco lentos. La habitación era bastante buena y bastante grande. Las instalaciones de los alrededores también son buenas. KFC y Michelle Ice City están muy unidos. Hay dos hipermercados. La puerta del baño es de cristal esmerilado. Hay separación seca y húmeda. El desayuno del hotel también es bastante satisfactorio.

El año pasado me alojé sola en este hotel y este año volví con mi familia. Extrañé el lugar porque perdí mi teléfono en el hotel el año pasado. Una chica de recepción me lo envió a la estación de tren para que no lo perdiera. Me alegré mucho de volver a este hotel este año. El servicio siguió siendo muy amable. También nos ayudaron a mejorar la habitación gratis. Era grande, limpia y una estancia muy agradable.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from xining railway station..the room is quite ok..the receptionist in the lobby is so helpful to show me a few attraction in xining.overall it is a good hotel...the breakfast also halal and can pay at the restaurant for only 20yuan
