今年秋天海拉爾旅遊真火啊！我們一行三人基本都要訂套房，本來預訂的套房無房門隔開，有些不方便，辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情周到，主動為我們免費升級到了黑駿馬套房，這份意外之喜瞬間拉滿好感。 升級後的套房完全超出預期，空間寬敞通透，佈局合理，無論是收納行李還是日常活動都格外方便，完美滿足了我們的出行需求。全屋的智能設備操作便捷，價格合適，堪稱海拉爾住宿的性價比優選。

La ubicación es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero el hotel es increíble; la habitación es grande, agradable y cálida. Superó mis expectativas.

Impeccable upclass hotel with great service! The hotel room as clean and big. It had all kinds of amenities. The beds were comfortable and there were different selections of pillows. The only minus is that it was warm in the room, we would had preffered a little lower temperature, however we presume this is because of central heating. The staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived and during the entire stay. They provided very good service and were very professional and friendly. Not all spoke English, but that was absolutely no problem. It’s easy to use different apps for translation. So the welcoming and care during our stay was very good. The staff at the gym and particularly the dining area was also very helpful and super ambassadors for the hotel. The reason eating of location is a little lowering that we wanted to explore the area of «the old city». We were well aware that we had to walk a few kilometres to get there. If you are looking for the modern part of Hohhot with shopping malls etc, the location is very good. Overall a very good experience! We can truly recommend Shangri-La hotel Hohhot.

途經路過，原本想約朋友見個麪吃個飯，但臨時有變，隨機預訂的一家酒店，三百多也不算便宜吧，在商場裏的商務樓？ 設施：老舊 衞生：看圖吧，已經是好的了 環境：在王府井商場對面吧，周邊吃飯什麼的還算比較方便

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno y entusiasta. El servicio es realmente bueno. Vinimos aquí para divertirnos. El personal nos explicó con detalle y nos sugirió qué atracciones visitar. Incluso nos organizaron las rutas una por una. La habitación también es limpia y sencilla. Está cerca de la estación de tren y es muy práctico para viajar. Si vienes aquí para divertirte, te recomiendo este hotel. Es muy bueno.
