Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Es una visita obligada cuando vengo a Luoyang por negocios. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo. Me gusta la tranquilidad. La recepción me asignó una habitación y estoy muy satisfecho. El ambiente es muy limpio y el precio es muy asequible. Vale la pena recomendarlo. Hay muchos lugares para comer a 1 km. Comer barbacoa al viento de la noche es otro tipo de vida.

Una casa rural junto al río, un remanso de paz y bienestar. El ambiente es tranquilo y sereno, y las habitaciones, limpias y acogedoras. Al abrir la ventana, se puede escuchar el murmullo del río, y dormir por la noche arrullado por el sonido del agua es realmente relajante. Si buscas naturaleza y tranquilidad, este es sin duda el lugar perfecto. Además, el anfitrión es extremadamente atento y amable. Nos apeamos en el lugar equivocado, y a altas horas de la noche, nos vino a buscar y nos guio hasta el alojamiento, un gesto muy considerado.

地理位置優越，靠近地鐵二號線，出行方便。 我們在洛陽衹逗留了一晚兩天，都可以安排去了白馬寺，麗景門，應天門，九州池等景點。 房間不算特別大，勝在乾淨衞生，特別是衞生間，雖然小了一點，但至少做到乾濕分離。 隔音比較好，床鋪睡得比較舒服，如果被子不會因為轉身發出聲音的話就更完美了。

The place is good and the girl at reception desk is very nice and helpful. But the room wasn’t very clean. There was hair left,one of the pillowcases was torn, though it was clean so I wonder how they didn’t notice that when changing the beddings. There was also a bad smell from drainage system in the bathroom.

I had a good night stay for my overnight transfer. The bedroom was very lovely and clean, the bed was so comfortable with a TV, good lights, nice shower room. Nice free airport pickup and drop off service. The staff member helped me to ordered my dinner. I was lucky enough to book a discount room. It's was just one thing , some stains on the carpet, anyway not a big problem.

El hotel está ubicado cerca de la estación Zhengzhou Este, a una parada de metro, lo que facilita el transporte. Hay centros comerciales cerca y es muy conveniente para comer. La habitación es bastante amplia, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y el personal es amable y servicial.

Esta vez, la experiencia en Henan Luoyang B&B fue realmente maravillosa. Tanto el diseño del hotel como los suministros fueron muy cuidados. Fueron considerados con todo y tuvieron en cuenta a los huéspedes. Ayudaron a coordinar y resolver cualquier problema. La cama de la habitación 201 tiene función de masaje, ideal para quienes necesitan un masaje suave después de salir. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de Cross Street y de la ciudad antigua de Luoyi. Algunos lugares turísticos están a poca distancia a pie, y el profesor también ofrece sugerencias de recorridos turísticos. Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

A la estación de tren está el punto de venta, conveniente, hay más transporte por autobús en todas partes, es que el tren está un poco ruido por la noche, no hay problema, no se preocupe por no afectar. 4. El servicio del personal es muy bueno y puede almacenarse en el bolso después de retirarse.

The airport shuttle service is helpful. Else walking with big luggage is a bit far. I arrived shortly after midnight. The lobby was dimmed and there was only one staff at the front desk. During the short stay to check in, i already witnessed a few guests approaching her for help in various in-room issues; not to mention the phone kept ringing. A guest commented no one picked up his call therefore he had to walk the long journey to the lobby. My check-in was hence interrupted a few times. She simply couldn't coped. All these reflected that both the hotel is dated (the interior decor too could tell) and not appropriately staffed. Walking from the lobby to the room were far, (again) quite dimmed & warm. The room i was in was spacious and there was a wardrobe; but there was an out of place cloth rack in the middle of the room...... kind of weird!
