Disappointed. Booked a double queen room. Received a call asking if I would like an upgrade to a suite.the suite was below grade , single queen with a 1970s Niagara Falls love hotel jacuzzi wrapped in mirrors in place of the 2 nd bed. Was there back in December and they failed to make up the room 2 nights. This time I was there 2 days and they failed to make up the room. The counter staff were pleasant and apologetic. The continental breakfast was good and the lady working there was very nice. The location was good for my purpose and the cost was inline for a 2 star hotel.

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

Clerk was friendly and expedient with check in. The room was as expected and they provided parking for my truck and trailer. Overall I had a good experience.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
