Hoteles de con encanto en Yunnan, China

This was my second stay at a Banyan Tree property, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable and pleasant experience. Frank, our personal concierge, was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was always quick to assist with our requests and even replied to messages after regular working hours. There was a minor housekeeping incident during our stay, but Frank handled the service recovery professionally and resolved the matter promptly. The thoughtful gesture of providing gifts and a cake was greatly appreciated, and my child absolutely loved the surprise. From start to finish, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Frank’s service was highly commendable, and he is definitely a valuable asset to the Banyan Tree Group. Our dinner experience at Baiyun was also superb. The ambience was wonderful, and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot session, which became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Our photographer was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us throughout the session and capturing many beautiful photos. In the end, I decided to purchase a photo package because the photos turned out so well and were truly worth it. The staff there were also warm, friendly, efficient, and highly responsive. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved: 1. The menu and operating schedule for Mingyue were somewhat confusing. We had planned to have dinner there one evening, only to realize that Chinese cuisine was not served on certain days and during certain hours, which required us to make alternative arrangements. 2. The soundproofing in the room could be improved, as we were able to hear our neighboring guests quite clearly even when they were speaking at normal volume. 3. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Although we adjusted it to a comfortable level, the temperature would occasionally drop suddenly and become very cold. 4. Staff could perhaps be slightly more observant and proactive. On our first day, it was raining when we arrived at the room via buggy. There was no sheltered area where we alighted, so we had to stand briefly in the rain while moving our luggage. 5. The fruit platter in the room could be fresher. The apples and oranges did not seem as fresh compared to what we experienced at other hotels in Dali and Kunming. 6. Breakfast options could be expanded further. I was also hoping to find more fresh and exotic detox juices, especially ones prepared on the spot. (Similar to Bintan Banyan Tree) Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still excellent. The scenery and views within the resort were absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed being able to feed the ducks and fishes. It created a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the family. Mingyue 的菜单及营业安排稍微有些混乱。我们原本计划某晚在那里用餐，后来才发现中餐只在特定日期和时段供应，导致我们需要临时另作安排。 2. 房间的隔音效果可以再加强一些，因为即使隔壁房客只是正常音量交谈，我们也能听得相当清楚。 3. 淋浴的水温不太稳定。虽然我们已经调到舒适温度，但水温偶尔还是会突然下降，变得非常冷。 4. 员工或许可以更主动及细心一些。我们第一天抵达房间时正好下雨，而下车的位置并没有遮雨处，因此我们在搬运行李时需要短暂淋雨。 5. 房内水果盘的新鲜度可以再提升。苹果和橙子的状态，相较于我们之前在大理及昆明入住的其他酒店，感觉没有那么新鲜。 6. 早餐选择方面可以再更加丰富一些。我也特别期待能有更多现做的新鲜排毒果汁或特色果汁。（类似Banyan Tree Bintan的安排） 尽管存在这些小问题，但整体入住体验依然非常优秀。度假村内的景色和环境真的非常漂亮，我们尤其喜欢可以喂鸭子和鱼儿的体验，让整个氛围变得格外轻松惬意，也非常适合家庭度假。未来有机会的话，我们一定还会想再次回来入住。

Recientemente visité Kunming y me alojé en el Hotel Haili Binya Wanda Hot Spring. ¡La experiencia fue fantástica! El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan. La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La vegetación tropical y la exquisita decoración crean un ambiente relajante y acogedor. ¡Las aguas termales y el spa del hotel son realmente un punto culminante! La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso. El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. Todos son muy amables y atentos, y cualquier solicitud es atendida con prontitud. ¡Esta estancia fue realmente maravillosa y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando esté en Kunming!

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente; se puede tomar un taxi fácilmente sin tener que caminar con el equipaje, y además está a la vuelta de la esquina, en la calle Renmin del casco antiguo. El joven personal que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos ayudó con cualquier problema. El café y el té eran ilimitados, y los recuerdos que recibimos al hacer el check-out fueron preciosos. El único inconveniente fue que las instalaciones de la habitación estaban un poco anticuadas y el baño era pequeño.

Un hotel muy bonito y con muchas posibilidades, gestionado y mantenido de una forma lamentable… Las villas son amplias, el exterior invita a disfrutar de la estancia en la terraza, el interior inicialmente estaría bien cuando lo construyeron pero han dejado que una villa de lujo haya pasado a ser algo vulgar… el mantenimiento es terrible, se nota que hace mucho tiempo que no se preocupan por mantener el hotel adecuadamente, equipamiento obsoleto, mobiliario bueno pero viejo, calefacción de suelo radiante que no funciona, aire acondicionado que calienta poco y pese a no haber pasado frio era totalmente insuficiente… Intenté pedir al servicio de habitaciones y no me atendieron, tuve que ir personalmente al bar a recoger la bebida que había pedido. La piscina cerrada, totalmente inadmisible para un hotel que tiene en su nombre los apellidos Spa y Resort… El desayuno de los más básicos que he visto en un hotel de esta categoría y por el precio que se paga es totalmente inadmisible… Repetitivo, si variedad en absolutamente nada y con un servicio que no está a la altura de la categoría que dicen tener. En resumen, no volvería y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. SI no cambian su planteamiento como cadena hotelera pienso que es cuestión de tiempo que acaben cerrando… Un lastima que tengan tan mala gestión porque el hotel y sobre todo la ciudad de Lijiang tienen muchísimo potencial.

Excelente ubicación en la puerta sur del casco antiguo, a pocos pasos de Zhongyi, donde encontrará una gran variedad de comida callejera. La habitación era espaciosa e impecable, con un personal de servicio excelente y muy atento a los detalles. Además, se puede acceder a la piscina y al gimnasio desde el hotel Intercontinental, que está justo enfrente. ¡Nos encantó la estancia y el hotel sin duda se merece sus estrellas!

This was the best hotel of my whole trip. I don’t speak Chinese, but communicating on WeChat worked perfectly, so everything was very easy. The staff were honestly amazing — super kind, patient, and always ready to help. You can really feel how much they care. They provided free pick-up from the station, which helped us a lot since we had big luggage. The roads in Lijiang Old Town are quite small, so this made everything much more convenient. The location is also great, easy to walk everywhere in the old town. On my last day I had to leave very early, and they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. At night, they also gave us warm milk, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I just want to say thank you to all the staff. They made my stay really special. This is actually my first time writing a hotel review, and I truly mean it. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

La decoración interior del hotel es particularmente china y elegante. Hay muchos pequeños detalles en la habitación, como toallas desechables, cepillos de dientes, gorros de ducha, humidificadores, líquido repelente de mosquitos, secador de pelo, etc. También hay cables para cargar teléfonos móviles. y las zapatillas son más cómodas que las de los hoteles normales. El área circundante no es ruidosa por la noche y es relativamente tranquila, pero no está lejos de la animada Nanping Old Street y Guanghua Road. Fui de compras por la noche después de registrarme. El servicio brindado por las damas y hermanos también es muy bueno. Si vuelves a Kunming, probablemente volverás a elegir aquí.

Esta vez, el hotel Ligo Lijiang experimenta directamente, el nivel de cinco estrellas de la puerta de entrada! El entorno global del hotel es limpio, la zona pública es limpia y elegante y el ambiente es muy bueno. La amplia habitación de huéspedes es luminosa, los productos de cama son suaves y cómodos, duermen especialmente seguro, la higiene está muy bien, el tratamiento de detalles es muy cuidadoso. Las instalaciones están perfectamente equipadas, la calidad de los productos de lavandería en línea, el agua caliente es suficiente. El desayuno es rico, el sabor en línea, los alimentos frescos. El personal de todo el viaje responde a tiempo, las necesidades pueden resolverse rápidamente, el alto nivel global y cómodo, el precio es muy alto, viaja a la primera elección de esta familia, la próxima vez seguirá estacionando, se recomienda fuertemente!
