LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch)

Somos una familia musulmana de 5 personas (2A, 3C-13, 11, 9). El hotel nos recogió en la estación de tren. Llegamos temprano, así que nos enviaron al pueblo para que diésemos un paseo. El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. ******* Ambiente de lujo. Los animales (ovejas, ponis, ciervos, huskies) son adorables y amigables. Solicitamos montar a caballo. El hotel nos llevó a una zona cercana de Napahai. Tardamos unos 10 minutos. Nos encantó; fue una experiencia memorable para todos. Una experiencia perfecta y nos gustaría volver si tenemos la oportunidad. En cuanto a comida halal: comimos en el pueblo. El hotel no ofrece carne de cerdo, ni manteca de cerdo, ni bebidas alcohólicas.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying one night at LISIMAN 丽思漫丨心宿·穹庐四野供氧庄园（香格里拉店）, and honestly, words alone cannot do this place justice. Surrounded by majestic mountains, wide open grasslands, and freely roaming animals, the setting is nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff (unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names after our long journey). Their hospitality was genuine and thoughtful — they introduced the room facilities thoroughly and even took the time to check in on our travel plans, offering to arrange transport to Shangri-La Railway Station the next morning for our onward journey to Kunming. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the panoramic view from our room was simply stunning — lush green grasslands dotted with horses and cows as far as the eye could see. There was even a charming little white pony on the premises that made our hearts melt — so cute and incredibly friendly. The hotel also provided laundry service and an inviting high-tea session. Breakfast the next morning was a delightful spread featuring hearty local dishes, a lovely way to end our short but memorable stay. If time had allowed, we would’ve stayed much longer. This place is a rare gem — serene, soulful, and truly rejuvenating. We will definitely return. Until then, our warmest thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special.

One of the best stays in Yunnan. If you love waking up a view of grassland and free roaming animals like Ponies, ducks and huskies. This is one of the most relaxing stays. Their daily night sweet treats were fabulous and some nights had warm bird nests and milk! Their concierge staffs and butlers were excellent and very responsive too!
