We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December)  and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost!  We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville.

What an amazing hotel! I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to. The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests. The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared. We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

Hotel muy bonito justo en el centro cerca de la playa excelente ubicación clasificado como hotel de cuatro estrellas pero más 3,5. Desayuno buffet excelente para todos los ingleses y europeos. El personal de recepción fue excelente ya que llegamos a la 1:30 de la mañana y muy servicial. Las camas son muy cómodas, pero con ruedas, por lo que si tienes el sueño inquieto, podrías terminar al otro lado del dormitorio, como escuchamos muchas noches desde el dormitorio de arriba. 

Personal del hotel muy servicial. Desayuno muy bueno. Media pensión era solo cena a pesar de poner en la reserva que podía ser comida o cena. Zona de piscina con servicio de bar y tumbonas pero lapiscina necesita un poco más de limpieza porque el moho se acumula en los rebordes y escaleras

Llegué al hotel muy tarde y me registré sin problemas. El hotel tiene un baño subterráneo y la piscina al aire libre es pequeña, pero al lado se puede ver la iglesia reparada en la cima de una colina y el ambiente en general es bueno. Sólo vine por trabajo y no tuve tiempo de disfrutar del entorno y las instalaciones del hotel. Recomendado para quedarse

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, drei Nächte im Fairmont La Hacienda zu verbringen, und können dieses Hotel nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, neues Haus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offenlässt. Unser sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick war ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick auf Gibraltar und sogar bis nach Afrika ist einfach unvergesslich. Solche Panoramen erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service im gesamten Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell – ein Niveau, das wir so nur selten erlebt haben. Die Zimmer werden zwei mal täglich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Speisen, begleitet von einem ebenso ausgezeichneten Service. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist und zur perfekten Entspannung beiträgt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt auf höchstem Niveau – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

La habitación que reservamos era muy cómoda y espaciosa, con un dormitorio y una sala de estar muy grande. La cama king-size también era muy cómoda. Estábamos en una planta alta, lo que nos permitía disfrutar de hermosas vistas de Sevilla. Este hotel es excelente, el desayuno estaba bien y el personal fue muy amable y atento. ¡Vale la pena la experiencia!

La habitación daba a una calle muy ruidosa y se notaba en el interior. El personal muy atento y agradable y las instalaciones muy bien.

Hotel is very beautiful! Staff are friendly and very helpful.. the spa is awesome!!
