Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. Nos quedamos en el Hotel Venus Tam Dao durante el Año Nuevo como familia de tres (padres y un niño). La habitación era muy limpia y muy espaciosa, que honestamente superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel está muy ocupado, como se esperaba para el nuevo año, pero el servicio de desayuno fue bien gestionado a pesar del gran número de huéspedes que apreciamos. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. La casa de la ciudad era muy grande, pero la ciudad era muy grande. Dicho esto, nos gustaría volver en el futuro para otra oportunidad de disfrutar del escenario y tomar mejores fotos cuando el tiempo es más claro.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

La piscina mineral es muy valiosa, especialmente el baño mineral en el balcón, que es una característica muy única y agradable, mientras que disfruta de la vista es realmente relajador. El personal es amable, alegre y bienvenido, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. En general, es un gran destino para relajarse, aliviar el estrés y el bienestar, y definitivamente un lugar que vale la pena visitar de nuevo.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and extremely satisfying. One of the highlights was the free orange-picking activity, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

A good way to see the rice village and stay in comfort! The room spacious and comfortable was an accessory to the main areas outside. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and just enjoyed the weather. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was simple but had everything you wanted. Also the restaurant in general had good prices and a beautiful scenic view to the rice fields. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again!

This is the best romantic hotel ever! everything was amazing the decor, the rooms, the staff, the food, the location, the parking garage, they really did a top quality job for us and we will be back!

A GREAT GETAWAY.. was a long distance to travel from hanoi.. but the route on the moutainous area was scenic.. great choice.. love the oragnic nature of the resort.. a great place to escape to quiet and scenic resort.. i really enjoyed my stay.. the swim, the kayak.. relaxing stay.. dinner ala carte was yummie.. breakfast spread is good.. great service from everyone.. highly recommended..
