シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

El precio está bien, hotel americano estándar. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. En la red de despegue y aterrizaje del avión, el sonido del despegue y aterrizaje es relativamente fuerte. Hay 7Eleven y Dannys cerca, lo cual es conveniente para comer.

Cerca del aeropuerto, este es un excelente lugar para hospedarse para comenzar o finalizar su viaje a Dallas/Fort Worth. Se recomienda para viajeros ya que es barato, el alojamiento es limpio y se ofrece desayuno.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to 6th St, although one needs to travel to 6th Street East which is a bit of a walk. Hotel is quiet at night. One note about the AC condensation pumps - they go off with a good deal of frequency. They will provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Just an observation for those ahead of time. The hotel was quick to make sure the pump was clean.

This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

I had such a great experience staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the Galleria Dallas, so there’s tons of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby. Plus, there are great dining options right in the hotel, which made it really convenient. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure!
