El hotel es muy nuevo, la habitación es muy buena, hay que prestar atención para evitar la proximidad al lado de alta velocidad, un poco ruidoso. Además, puede ir directamente a Seattle desde aquí, no necesariamente en Spokane.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero el lugar entero es sólo aburrido. Las hojas estaban pintadas. Había cero instalaciones, ni siquiera un buque de hielo. No hay pluma ni papel en el escritorio. No hay personal de escritorio delantero todo el tiempo que estaba allí. La máquina de hielo se derrumbó y había un gran pudder bruto en el suelo/carpeta delante de la máquina. La casa de la habitación era muy tranquila, pero no me quedaría aquí.

Noise from pool was loud - screaming and yelling kids from 3 in the afternoon until 10 at night. Asked for room change but hotel was booked solid. Asked for partial refund but was told third party booked room which was not true. Also hotel put a $250 (double my room rate) hold on my card - for “extras “ that might be charged to my room. Had no notice of this until I checked in! Was told it would be refunded on checkout - also not true

房間乾淨整潔，舒適衞生，設備齊全，酒店有室內水上娛樂設施，小孩可以玩耍。有停車場，停車方便，早餐可以選擇自助餐或者單點

After the day tour in Yellowstone National Park, we choose this hotel at the north of park. This hotel is by the river. so some of the rooms have the river view. However, the hotel is located at the edge of the town center, requiring for driving to arrive at restaurants and shops. If you care more about convenience, this hotel is probably not your good choice.

連鎖酒店，規範和衞生程度都很好，去陌生地方旅行，相對有保障。説個小問題，入住的時候本來選的2層，結果分配的是一個最靠邊的房間，跟前台説換個其他房間，當時給辦理的男性前台表情和動作都表現的不耐煩，雖然給辦理了，但這方面印象不佳。

The Heritage Inn is a Great Falls classic, I have been staying there with family since I was a child. It's conveniently located, has good service and the rooms are clean and nice. The ****** has a nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of menu options and lots of sports on tv screens.

Our stay at the Northern was perfect! We were cared for by the staff so well. We had an issue with our room and asked to be moved and they did so without a hesitation. They even upgraded our room! The road noise at night was pretty loud, but that can’t be changed by the hotel.

El escritorio del frente no era amigable y me pagó el doble de la deuda. Me dijeron que lo resolverían y me enviaría un correo electrónico diciendo que se iba a resolver. Tengo un correo electrónico con nada resuelto. No volveré a ese establecimiento. Extremamente decepcionado.
