Al llegar, no teníamos navegador, así que fue maravilloso ver el gran cartel desde la carretera. El check-in también es 24 horas, lo que nos ayudó mucho, ya que llegamos tarde. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario e incluía tres enchufes debajo de las lámparas de mesa. Habría estado bien tener luces más brillantes, ya que era un poco tenue, pero las lámparas ayudaron a enfocar la luz. Todo el personal y el servicio de limpieza fueron amables, pero me hubiera gustado que la recepción estuviera más preparada para viajeros internacionales. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de una zona comercial. Conseguimos nuestras tarjetas eSIM de viaje en la tienda AT&T cercana. No pude usar los servicios.

My family of four traveled from Nashville, TN to Washington, D.C. for fall break. We stayed about 30 minutes away from the National Mall. The Hyatt Regency was a great deal for us with a super friendly staff. Tons to eat near the hotel and it is located right above the metro station for convenience. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, modern, new and comfortable room. Good bed, shower and black out for windows. The restaurant dinner was good, breakfast was bad, I skipped the other day. $30,00/day for parking downsizing. However there’s a public parking in front of the hotel. Sunday is free weekdays from 10pm to 7 pm too! Overall excellent experience.

El hotel es un promedio de 3 estrellas. El caballero del frente fue útil y fácil de trabajar con dando que nos inspeccionamos a media hora de la noche. La habitación del hotel está bien, pero no hay alojamientos más recientes como cargadores USB. El ventilador de baño no funciona, por lo que es muy vacío cuando se ducha. El peor problema es el drenaje del baño. Tuvimos que tomar un duche en pulgadas de agua de pie.

Location in downtown Baltimore was excellent, a block from the Convention Center, across the street from a subway station and 2 blocks from a light rail station - subway runs east-west ( including the Inner Harbor) and light rail runs north-south for over 40 miles with 1/2 hour direct connection to/from the BWI Airport. - one way tickets on both are $2.  My corner room on the 9th floor was spacious with good views. I had business all afternoon in the area with no car - when I asked if I could check my luggage 4 hours before check-in time, they actually checked me in then and there and gave me my room key at noon.  The lobby is elegant and the the room rate was very reasonable for a downtown location hotel.

En los suburbios del norte de Washington, el estacionamiento es gratuito y conveniente. Treinta millas en coche desde el centro de la ciudad. La habitación es grande y el precio es económico. El personal de servicio se mostró entusiasmado y se registró rápidamente, y también me dieron agua embotellada y galletas. El desayuno se sirve en el primer piso, hay camareros y sabe bastante bien. Tienes que pedirle café al camarero y te darán una cafetera grande.
