Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

¡Fue un viaje de última hora, y tenemos el mejor trato que hayamos tenido! En realidad disfruté de mi estancia. Lindo lugar, hermosa playa, personal increíble y equipo de animación.

Hannu de Finlandia. Estuve en el hotel la semana 10, es decir, justo antes del Ramada. El hotel está limpio, la comida es buena, la limpieza es buena. El agua de la piscina cubierta al menos está lo suficientemente caliente. Campo de golf a poca distancia. En definitiva, muy buen ambiente. Bonito amanecer. Probablemente volveré.

Nice local aparthotel nice helpful staff and the cleaner were very thorough and offer to clean my room and gave me fresh towels everyday. I had a loverly room with a sea view for the price I paid for the accommodation it was reasonable not a Palace very basic.

Отель очень красиво оформлен — дизайн и интерьер продуманы до мелочей, чувствуется стиль и внимание к деталям. На фоне ободранных улиц выглядит очень свежо, и в то же время аутентично и стильно. Оставил приятное впечатление, несмотря на задержку поезда. Ресепция у них работает до 18:00, а мы приехали только в 18:30 — но нас дождались! Это было очень ценно и трогательно. Встречающий вышел на улицу, чтобы мы не заблудились, и при заселении подарили холодную воду. Такой приём запоминается. Номер хороший, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Убирались каждый день, полотенца меняли. Я два раза ужинала в их ресторане — еда очень вкусная, но обслуживание очень медленное, приходилось долго ждать. Наверху есть уютный бассейн — очень классно смотреть там рассвет. Но в один из дней мы пришли в 4 часа дня, хотели поплавать, а там было битком народу — в маленький бассейн просто не получилось даже зайти. Теперь о завтраках. В первый день дали очень вкусные круассаны — мы были в восторге. Но потом это был просто хлеб с повидлом и маслом. Этим завтраком невозможно наесться. В условиях жары яйцо было жидким внутри — я считаю, что в такую погоду его так готовить нельзя, мы не стали есть. И не хватало чего-то посытнее, например кускуса, потому что через час уже чувствовали голод. Когда я попросила стакан воды на завтраке, мне принесли платную бутылку за 8 динар. Также хотелось бы отметить: — фен очень слабый, сушить волосы им практически невозможно; — не хватило одноразовых зубных щёток с пастой, которые обычно кладут в отелях; — вода в номере была только при заселении, дальше покупали за 8 динар бутылку, но вода оказалась странной на вкус, невкусной, возможно перегретой на солнце—качество вашего отеля обязует иметь воду не в пластике, а в стекле. В целом отель хороший, но эти детали немного омрачили впечатление. Надеюсь, обратят внимание на эти моменты

Nos encantó hospedarnos acá. La ubicación es perfecta en el corazón de la medina. La atención excelente , las instalaciones muy buenas y el desayuno delicioso.. recomiendo este lugar. Precio-calidad. Muy bueno! Gracias

El hotel es estupendo, con aparcamiento subterráneo. La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo de la Medina, todo a un corto paseo. El desayuno también es muy bueno, las habitaciones son amplias y las instalaciones son satisfactorias. El vestíbulo es grande y acogedor desde el momento en que entras. En resumen, una opinión muy positiva.
