Hoteles con Bares en Gobernación de Monastir, Túnez

Unfortunately when a hotel has a good team one person can affect it so badly. I highly rate the hotel and its services. But as a business traveller here investing in Tunisia, device at a 5 star hotel should be the front desks top priority. After asking Aziz in reception regarding room service he explained it was on the tv with the menu and how to order. When I arrived into my room I finished some emails and went to the tv to look at the menu and the screen said that room dining finishes at 11 or 11.30 The hotel is very far out of town 20mins so I had to sleep hungry I spoke to aziz in the morning, and he said the tv was room didn’t really care about the matter and said it will change Same situation my next night finished work late came back to my room and call room dining, No one answered, called again a main half asleep didn’t know what the have on the menu, he said someone will call me, someone called after 30mins when I was ready to sleep. Again I went to sleep hungry When I spoke to aziz in the morning he was too busy to care again. And once again a professional establishment needs to have staff that have attention to detail when it comes to the care of the guest especially people who are investing in Tunisia like the establishment that hires him. Shame

Excelente y maravilloso servicio y amables hostes. Ayuda. Ofreció un desayuno agradable y la llegada de bienvenida con pan y queso y yogur. Incluso dessert y fechas cálidas y graciosas y café en salida. Así amable. El lugar es muy adecuado para el precio. A great fl offering right around the corner. And the famous Rund are a five minutes walk down the road. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Hot water that’s actually hot. And wifi that actually has good speed. Yay! I would certainly stay automatically again. Todo lo que tienen que hacer es encontrarme un trabajo de enseñanza en la ciudad. Ha. En realidad. Es una buena opción si te quedas aquí.

Bonne accueil général un grand complexe qui a bénéficié d’un bon emplacement stratégique ( 7 min en taxi de l’aéroport de monastir ) plage à bord de l’hôtel ( pas de chance remplie de méduse ) animation excellente du matin au soir . Malheureusement chambres souillé par le temps, nourriture correct si vous êtes pas compliqué mais toujours en retard ( surtout le SNACK jamais à l’heure et n’anticipe pas ses cuisson ) ! Personnel du restaurant très pro mais ceux du bar une catastrophe pas aimable du tout ! Pas grand chose à voir pour ma part j’ai profité du SPA avec des prix raisonnable contrairement en France mais sa n’est pas de la Kine . J’ai fait des belles rencontres ; avec des francais mais les tunisiens locaux de cette environnement sont malheureusement fermé et se croisent tout permis aucun savoir vivre malheureusement l’hôtel est concentré sur eux et délaisse les touristes européens dommage …

El hotel estaba lejos del aeropuerto, pero vale la pena la marcha, la playa estaba justo al hotel, el personal es absolutamente agradable, el inglés no era demasiado bueno, pero todos trataron de comunicarse. Las habitaciones estaban luminosas y hermosas posicionadas con chocolate y toallas de bienvenida dobladas para hacer un bonito pingüino

The hotel has a good location . Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had sea view from the bedroom and view of the marina from the sitting room. The kitchen has cups and pots too. For the kettle you need to put a deposit.

Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia en el hotel, todo ha pasado bien. He tenido que cancelar mi estancia al ver los comentarios pero no lo he hecho y estoy feliz. Es cierto que el hotel no es un hotel de lujo, pero nivel calidad precio nada que decir. Los niños pudieron disfrutar de la piscina cubierta y calentada y la comida era muy buena.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Propre, emplacement excellent, quelques dysfonctionnements (lecteur de porte, coupure électrique...)
