Los diversos cargos del hotel no son razonables: el consumo per cápita de una comida es de 500 yuanes y una botella de Coca-Cola en el minibar es de 70 yuanes. El viaje de 5 minutos desde el hotel hasta Maraya cuesta 230 RMB. Alojarse en el Banyan Tree de al lado es gratis. No me quedé en el Banyan Tree, solo comí y me pudieron enviar de regreso a Habitats de forma gratuita. Lo más mudo es que cuando no estaba en la habitación, cuando estaba moviendo mi maleta al estante, saqué la maleta directamente del suelo y se rompió la cremallera. Cuando negocié con ellos, dijeron que la cremallera estaba rota. Puede romperse por sí solo, pero no se romperá cuando se mueva. No es gran cosa, simplemente siento que su actitud es la de eludir la responsabilidad primero y no disculparse sinceramente. Te sugiero que si vives en el Banyan Tree de al lado, puedas venir a este restaurante a comer y simplemente mirar la piscina. Y comí dos veces en Banyan Tree. Fueron realmente deliciosas.

One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

The service is good. Little bit far from Masjid Nabawi, but they have shuttle bus. I like the driver of shuttle. He is very helpful. I will come back again to this hotel with my family.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
