Mi estancia en el Hotel Hayah Plaza fue absolutamente maravillosa. El hotel superó todas mis expectativas: habitaciones impecablemente limpias y cómodas, y una ubicación increíblemente conveniente cerca de la Mezquita del Profeta. El personal es verdaderamente profesional: atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El ambiente es tranquilo y muy confortable; te sientes como en casa. 💫 ¡El Hotel Hayah Plaza es la mejor opción para quienes buscan pasar sus vacaciones en Medina con comodidad y tranquilidad! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos los peregrinos y viajeros.

Es tan agradable quedarse aquí, la recepción es muy agradable y fría. No puedo esperar a volver aquí. Es la primera notch. Nunca tuve ningún remorso en absoluto

El Shaden Resort es una opción ideal, no sólo en una ubicación ideal, sino también muy cerca de todas las atracciones principales. La combinación de estos factores hace que sea una excelente opción para relajarse y explorar. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La proximidad a las atracciones locales fue un cambio de juego, lo que me permitió explorar sin esfuerzo la zona sin el aburrimiento de los largos commutadores. The hotel has a great location and it's kind of newly built. However the service it's not what you'll be expecting from Radisson Blue brand. The staff are ok but when you want some help you'll not receive a 4 stats service, more of 2 stars. I had an AC issue with my unit, and the staff did not help whatsoever, even though all what it takes is 2 minutes to swipe the room!

Service overall was top notch with security and the hotel managers greeting you nicely. Location wise the hotel was not that convenient but is not too far from the main tourist spots in Alula. Breakfast was superb with many options and servers constantly helping you. I would say if you are looking to stay in Alula definitely come here!

En comparación con el Banyan Tree, las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, ¡pero el servicio y el ambiente sanitario son excelentes! El hotel también cuenta con muchas experiencias e instalaciones interesantes, como camas elásticas, columpios, cines con cielo estrellado, yoga en el valle, etc... Las esculturas repartidas por todos los rincones del valle también son muy interesantes.

The hotel is located in good place which is near to the port and near industrial area and the staff is behavior is very good but the rooms are very tiny and beds are very small.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

Este precio es grande y el precio es relativamente alto. El servicio del personal del hotel es bueno. El tipo de comida de buffet nocturno es bueno. Recuerda que las cuatro opciones de la comida son muy grandes y tres. Los alimentos de los animales se ahogan antes de que lleguen los animales
