The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

El hotel era bueno en sí mismo. Limpio y buena ubicación. Pero el único problema esta vez fue la piscina y la comida. No pudimos usar la piscina por la noche porque la estaban limpiando, le pusieron cloro. Y la comida, se suponía que era desayuno buffet. Pero no era. Esa fue la única razón por la que siempre elegimos este hotel, porque el desayuno era realmente bueno (el buffet).

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

Our bed was a queen size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good but limited enough to start your day even though we had to ask for eggs both days as nobody told us they were available. I asked for an omelette but was told they ran out, this was at 7:45am with breakfast to go to 10am which I found strange both days. Anyway, I would go back and stay when I return to Tacloban in the future.

The place was overall nice and cozy. Although it was a bit far from the National Highway and I found it hard to find the place. I was a little disappointed in terms of the cleanliness—I found several cockroaches during our stay. Good thing they had a pest spray for use(clearly something uncommon)

El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero es muy remoto. Está a 90 minutos en malas carreteras del aeropuerto de Tacloban, que está muy lejos de la pista golpeada. Recomendado para aquellos que quieren estar lejos de él. La comida es buena, aunque no barata. Wifi bueno en el restaurante, no hay señal móvil en otro lugar.
