This hotel is really good. The food was good. The staff are accommodating. When we complained about the wifi they immediately fix it. The location was good too

Todo fue liso y perfecto. Reservado una habitación 11th-hour debido a un matrimonio de amigos cercanos y fueron muy hospitalarios! Mi única pregunta es que el wifi entra y sale, lo suficientemente loco, se corta mientras en la habitación y en su mayoría disponible en el piso de la planta, y mi otra pregunta es que el desayuno buffet se vuelve mooted a las 8:00. Nos informaron que se iba a partir de 6am-10am pero llegamos a 830am y casi todo se ha ido. Sólo tienes que ayudarte con el fabricante de omeletas de huevos. Lugar era limpio, el inicio y el salido era suave, y se toman el pago de tap que hace todo conveniente. ¡Felicidades a la nueva novia Charl y Alfi!

Mi estancia aquí en la regente corona es buena.. esperaba tener un baño pero como se ha dicho allí.. puede ser.. esperamos en mi próxima reserva aquí, puedo utilizar el tubo..

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación es amplia y limpia, también me alegra que tengan agua caliente y fría. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel y probablemente volveré. ❤ P.S Aunque no es asombroso, he oído algunos ruidos fuera o en la otra habitación.

The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets! The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.

The Dusit D2 offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for those seeking comfort and relaxation. While the amenities are well-designed, I found them to be a bit limited if you're the type who enjoys a variety of activities. The hotel features a pool, which is nice, but could feel a bit underwhelming if you're someone who craves more entertainment options. On the bright side, the 24-hour gym is a great perk for fitness enthusiasts, and the gourmet shop adds a touch of luxury for those looking to indulge in premium snacks or specialty items. Beyond these, however, there aren't many activities to keep you occupied, so it’s a space that caters more to relaxation and personal time, often spent in your room. Overall, Dusit D2 is ideal for a serene stay but might feel a bit too quiet for those who easily get bored. More in improvement on the food please, there’s no menu that sticks out or you want to try again.

The toilet is a let down, hot and cold water adjustment does not work, washing basin floods all the time and towels… looks unclean. The plus side is that it’s located next to SM Lanang.

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.
