I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day. The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free. While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience. That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

附近有飯店葯店，交通便利，對面的la bugger 味道還不錯，整體比較安全，視野比較好，房間不小，有冰箱，美中不足是淋浴噴頭不太好使，但是算是經濟實惠了

Buena ubicación cerca del centro, el servicio de recepción y salida fue bueno, el restaurante solo desayuné un día y estuvo sabroso, en el bar fue buena la atención y las bebidas. Las instalaciones si requieren una buena renovación y me comentaron compañeros que su habitación olía mal y a cigarro

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions from the hotel. The structure of the hotel is like a labyrinth, and the room is dark. Unlike many other hotels, they stuck the 3pm check-in time very strictly.  I was not allowed to enter the room by 3pm. All the people at the reception were unfriendly.

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

Este lugar es maravilloso. Un lugar oculto abrió puertas privadas, aparcamiento, hermosas habitaciones tan espaciosas. Personal muy amigable. Me encantó que la lavabos y champú de Dove se utilizaba. La piscina es hermosa y un bar con bebidas y desayuno bufé. Me gustaría volver al hotel al 100%. 10/10

I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

Super convenient, very close to the Pink church, but no normal air conditioner, the air conditioning machine put in the room is very loud noise; and showering equipment is not in good condition

Room is spacious with a good design. The hotel itself is like an art. The staff is super friendly to help! Location is also perfect which allows you to access to the touristic spots.
