1. The staff is great. They are super nice. 2.The room is 'huge'... kind of like what you’d expect in a good dorm room. 3. The air purification works really well, so the space feels fresh. Anyway, if you’re traveling solo and staying for one or two nights, I highly recommend checking this place out. By the way, the transportation is very convenient.

El último día de este pequeño viaje de ciudad, he reservado para 6 personas en 2 habitaciones por 1 noche para resolver el desayuno y la cena en el ryokan y volver a casa con un corazón ligero. ¿No es el jefe cuando he tenido que dudar en la entrada para caminar a la parada de autobús del centro de primavera? ¿Qué dices? Cuando me volví al traductor y oí que tres personas estaban conduciendo al centro y me llevaron a la vuelta y a la salida con el personaje dos veces. ¡Qué maravilloso!!!! Realmente gentil Wang, servicio grande El coche es una clase de la mañana, pero me encantó de llevarte a la casa dos veces con el transportador a través de la nieve y la lluvia al centro. Una vez más, quiero darle las gracias por su revisión. Muchas gracias.

酒店分東、西翼，訂房時沒太大留意，所以我訂兩間房，分開了東、西翼，問題也不是太大，但東翼房間是沒有帶浴室在房間內，所以對於我來說真的不太方便，我便要求轉房間，每人要補3000日元，未包稅，有點失策！所以大家訂房時看清楚有冇帶浴室房間！酒店是反新過，所以酒店裡面比較新穎！酒店都是一泊兩食，全統日式，早餐都是日式！附近行去便利店大約5-8分鐘！晚上周邊就沒有甚麼地方行！早上可以落海邊行，海對著的是日本海灣，風景都不錯！

ホテル自体には大満足でした。 アプリで予約したら、アプリとホテルの予約が上手に連携していなかったようで人数分の予約が出来ていませんでした。(アプリからの確認メールなどは人数分予約出来ていたのですが) それに関してもホテル側が素早く対応してくれたおかげで、旅行が楽しい記憶のまま終わることが出来、ホテル側には本当に感謝しています。 アプリ側には改善を求めます。

정말 친절함 그자체! 카운터에 계신 젊은 남자분은 엄청 유쾌하신듯한 스타일에 친절히 안내해주셨다. 방도 넓고 가격도 저렴하고 전체적으로 만족한다. 목욕탕, 대욕장은 2곳으로 저녁 아침으로 남성과 여성이 바뀐다. 아쉬운 점이라면 티비와 리모콘위에는 먼지가 좀 쌓여있었는데 나도 티비를 보진 않으니 딱히...? 그리고 조식을 먹는 위치에 대해선 살짝 아쉬웠다. 다이센뭐시기 한자가 적힌걸 보고 방에 있던 안내문 지도로 찾아갔는데 조식을 먹는 곳은 방이 2개로 그저 식사장소라고만 적혀있어 이 방이 맞는지 테이블에 방번호 적힌걸 찾아다녔다. 그래도 가격대비 너무나 만족스럽고 재방문 의사있음. 다만 체크인은 17시. 방이 일찍 준비되면 먼저 들어갈순있어서 나는 16시 40분에 숙소에 도착해 방으로 들어갈 수 있었다. 짐도 맡겨주신다.

One of our favourite onsen hotel stays during Tottori trip. The room is clean and very comfortable. The public onsen is quite large with different types of onsen baths with indoor and outdoor area. Fun dipping and relaxing in different pools. Man and women bath will swap between morning and evening, so we got to enjoy both. The washing area is clean and large, not only have the usual shampoo and body wash, there are facial wash, face scrub and foot scrub as well. Kaiseiki Dinner was fantastic and delicious. The service staff was very friendly and tried his best to explain the dishes in a mix of Japanese and a little bit of English. The shuttle bus service from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel make it very convenient.
