Location is excellent. Less than 5 mins walk to mall and JR station. Service by front desk is impeccable. The front desk is most helpful with the check in and assisted us with our carpark parking validation many times as we drive in and out often. A male staff took a map and show us the restaurants nearby where we can have our meals. On our check out day; he even offer to help us take photos and assisted with our luggages.

Гостиница с татами и футоном, в японском стиле. Расположена у дороги, поэтому, очень шумно из-за проезжающих мимо автомобилей. Утром, во время чек аута, на ресепшене никого не было. Никого не мог найти, в восемь часов утра, поэтому, ключ пришлось оставить на стойке.

Excelente ubicación, decoración y precio/valor. Así conveniente estar cerca de la estación. Kanon el personal del escritorio frontal fue super útil en recomendar y hacer reservas de restaurante. Super proactivo!

Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.

Está muy cerca de la estación de Nagasaki. La habitación era bastante buena. Tenía cortina y cerradura. Había un balcón en la azotea para tender la ropa, lo cual era muy práctico. Había un baño y una ducha. Sin embargo, solo había unas pocas habitaciones; creo que solo cinco. Como no había mucha gente, ducharse y usar el baño seguía siendo bastante cómodo. Alquilar un patinete eléctrico era una buena opción: 1000 yenes por hora, 2000 yenes por 3 horas y 3000 yenes por día, si no recuerdo mal. Era bastante práctico para pasear sin rumbo fijo. En general, estuvo bien y el precio era económico.

Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Superb hotel, new and with a gorgeous view. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Location is excellent with connection to JR and mall. Plenty of food options. The service is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Nagasaki.

I booked this place only for one night but it was totally worth it, and I immediately regretted my past decision of booking this place only for 1 day…  It was perfect place for calm-wellness kind of fam-trip with its spas(located in each bldgs!), delicious dinner(pre-booking is a must, i presume?) and breakfast! Inasayama(MT.Inasa) hill’s location could be the only problem but if you do not insist in downtown tour, it won’t bother you!!!!  They have pre-booking(1day ago) guest only shuttle bus but operation time is very limited!

후쿠오카에 있는 3성급호텔과는 비교도 안되게 좋아요. 넓고, 청결합니다. 짐 보관 되고요. 트램까지 도보로 5분거리이며 호텔 옆은 차이나타운+ 번화가 있어서 도보로 밤에 나가기 좋습니다
