The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

Came here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

Esta es una estación de metro muy conveniente, a sólo unos minutos a pie. Las principales calles del metro están muy ocupadas por la noche. Puede encontrar el coche de metro inmediatamente.
Las habitaciones limpias, la temperatura de humedad y el agua caliente son suficientes.
El restaurante del hotel está abierto a las 19:30, pero se puede disfrutar de la comida local de Haideraba. El bar comienza a funcionar a partir de las 11:00 horas y se puede beber durante el día.
Podría pasar un tiempo muy cómodo.

Great place to stay in hyderabad and this is my preferred place since past 12 years. I love the ambience, cleanliness and food served both inhouse and in restaurant. Located in prime area and good access point from all sides on the main road. Courteous staff and swift response to your concern if any. It's worth the cost.

Lamento no haber escuchado las sugerencias de otras personas para vivir en Novatel cerca de la sala de exposiciones. Este hotel está bien decorado, pero el mantenimiento no es suficiente. Si el grifo del baño está suelto, hay humedad y moho en la casa, y todavía hay una distancia del estándar internacional de cinco estrellas ...

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

TTaranjitkaur1102I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

La habitación era limpia pero el refrigerador de la habitación no estaba ni siquiera frío , no puede ni siquiera tener una bebida fría Botella se dio agua que es buena
El desayuno era el 80% de comida india probablemente catering para los huéspedes locales o indios no internacionales así que tenían principalmente tostadas , frutas y huevos
El personal de servicio tiende a olvidar sus pedidos, por lo que es necesario repetirlos o decirles un par de veces.

The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

LLeslie Ann San JuanHad a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.
