Good hotel in a central location. The staff member that was on the day shift needs training in customer service as she is very rude.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

Had issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.

So much noise from air conditioning cannot sleep good

I truly recommend this hotel. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. The food is very tasty, and you have a variety in it. The hotel is near from everything, where you can reach the corniche by just walking for 5 min.

Самое лучшее воспоминание о Даммаме - это наш отель. Мы прилетели поздно ночью, заселили нас буквально за минуту, угостив после этого чаем с финиками. С утра нас ждал отличнейший завтрак, приготовленный умелыми поварами и сервированный мега дружелюбными официантами. Номера чистые, просторные, сервис отличный. Также очень понравился спортзал.

Todo está muy bien, hay lugares para comer y bancos cerca, pero el centro comercial parece estar lejos. La desventaja de la amenaza es que la señal de la red es realmente pobre, tan mala que la comunicación de voz no puede ser normal. ¡Esto realmente necesita mejorarse!
