Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

The hotel is clean and staff are all so nice and helpful. The location is strategic, it is close to the train station and braga street. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to pasar baru mall. Will highly recommended to stay here if you are on a short visit to Bandung!

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

It’s very convenient that the mall is directly connected and no need to go outside to have dinner.

El hotel está en una ubicación extraña en medio de nadie. Pero las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y limpias. El servicio es bastante bueno. La comida es bastante barata. Lamentablemente el onsen/ofuro no está en funcionamiento

Nice ambiance, quite pack for breakfast place. But for the food it was complete enough. Nice for family stay and they have kids movie place.love it

El hotel de Braga es un hotel de gran calidad, con una gran calidad de servicio, y un hotel de gran calidad. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero me decepcionó mucho el servicio. Tenía que esperar de las 1:00 a las 4:00 antes de poder entrar en mi habitación. En general, la ubicación del hotel es excelente y llena de encanto, pero la calidad del servicio y la gestión de la asignación de habitaciones necesitan mejoras.

Rooms r huge n clean n staff r very helpful. Ac cold n breakfast although not much variety but taste nice. Only in some rooms tv blur coz they hvnt change the cable to HDMI but in some room they hv smart tv also. Walking distance to Braga street n there is alfamart n indomaret opposite of the hotel. Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.
