This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Old hotel with mall in the same building and also walking distance to mall nearby. Room was spacious, clean, with good amenities but room got cigarette smells. Sink was leaking but their technician settled it the same night. Exhaust fan in the toilet also not functioning. Reported to receptionist the next morning and everything was ok before afternoon. Service at the restaurant was superb with friendly and helpful staffs.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there. But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail—from the lighting to the amenities—made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and dietary. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service, comfort, and value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.

Stayed 3 nights before Chinese New Year. Front desk Staff were super friendly !! helped me reserve massage appointments and gave very clear instructions from hotel to railway station taking train to airport instead. Hotel outward building look dated with loss paint during day time. F&B director, Mr Bayu did a fantastic job creating good varieties of food, we love the breakfast offered on 9th floor!! the view up there was breathtaking. Overall, congratulations to the General Manager, hope you keep up the good job !! and the good staff! Myself and husband will return ;)

La habitación elegante, el brisa de montaña y las vistas panorámicas han creado un retrato pacífico. Me encanta el ambiente acogedor y el servicio de top-notch. La ubicación cerca de las atracciones de Dago ha hecho explorar fácilmente. Una perfecta mezcla de lujo y naturaleza muy recomendada.
