This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

El hotel que elegí para mi tránsito en Yakarta está justo al lado del aeropuerto. Hay un servicio de traslado gratuito. El servicio es muy bueno y es conveniente ir al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son completamente adecuadas para un hotel de tránsito. La ubicación está un poco alejada y no hay mucho que visitar cerca. En general, ¡buena reseña!

nice hotel, very near to jakarta airport but a bit far from malls & restaurants. hotel should provide weighing scale at the lobby like most hotels in jakarta for hotel guests to weigh baggages before flying out. there was only one staff at the reception with so many hotel guests checking in and out, not so smart.

Mi experiencia en el Jakarta Airport Hotel fue realmente excelente, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una calidez y amabilidad que hizo que mi estadía fuera inolvidable. El personal es extremadamente atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, y esto realmente marca la diferencia cuando estás viajando. El hotel está muy convenientemente ubicado dentro del mismo aeropuerto, lo cual es una gran ventaja, especialmente para aquellos que tienen vuelos temprano en la mañana o durante la noche. No tener que preocuparte por largos traslados o tráfico es un alivio enorme, y esta ubicación privilegiada convierte al Jakarta Airport Hotel en una opción inmejorable para los viajeros. Además, pese a estar dentro del aeropuerto, sorprendentemente no se escucha ruido en las habitaciones; están muy bien insonorizadas, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador. Las instalaciones del hotel también son de primera. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y muy cómodas, con todas las comodidades modernas que podrías necesitar. Todo estaba impecable, desde el baño hasta la ropa de cama, y claramente se nota el cuidado que ponen en cada detalle para garantizar una experiencia agradable para los huéspedes. En resumen, mi estancia fue maravillosa. Recomendaría este hotel sin dudarlo para cualquier persona que busque comodidad, una ubicación estratégica y un servicio excepcional. No solo cumplió con mis expectativas, ¡las superó!

Me alojé en este hotel por un viaje de negocios. Las instalaciones eran regulares, no lo que uno esperaría de un hotel de esta categoría. No había enchufes USB y en el escritorio no había tomas de corriente en la parte inferior para trabajar. Sin embargo, el personal hablaba bien inglés y el hotel está bastante cerca del aeropuerto. Hay un acceso directo al centro comercial, lo cual es conveniente, aunque el centro comercial en sí era normal, con una mezcla de tiendas y un ambiente más parecido a un mercado, no muy lujoso ni agradable para pasear.
