Bien ubicado dentro del complejo universitario. Impecablemente limpio, bien mantenido, buen servicio. Buen bar, comida de bar y restaurante independiente. Volveré a hospedarme allí.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

En general, valió la pena reservar este hotel. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno estuvo bien hasta el momento. La habitación familiar estaba limpia, pero podría mejorar mucho la higiene general. Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, vale la pena para una familia pasar una estancia corta.

Hotel looks very posh. Unfortunately thats where it stops. The family room was large but lacked character. The gym facilities was extra charge Breakfast was OK. But plates and bowls were filthy We travel to Midlandsa lot. We wont be staying here again. .

El hotel Hilton se encuentra en el Hampton, al mismo tiempo que asistió a una exhibición en el hall de la Symphony, y está situado en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel y la habitación estaba espaciosas y limpias, el personal era tan útil y amable y el desayuno era abundante y delicioso.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our Christmas visit to the Midlands. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The room was comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the little thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. The location was very convenient, close to local attractions and easy to get to from the motorway. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Midlands. We would love to stay here again next time!
