El hotel es un 100/10 el servicio, el desayuno es tipo bufet todos los días muy variado y delicioso… el personal es súper servicial y atento, la ubicación, las instalaciones todo súper hermoso…

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

La limpieza se hizo con mucha diligencia todos los días y no pedí propinas. El portero y el servicio al cliente fueron muy buenos. Lo siguiente son las deficiencias. En primer lugar, las habitaciones del hotel antiguo son regulares. No hay cepillos de dientes. Las toallas son de esas que se han lavado muchas veces en los hoteles antiguos y están un poco amarillas. El cabezal de la ducha tiene fugas. Puedes lavarte la cara mientras te duchas. La caja fuerte de mi habitación estaba rota y las pertenencias de mi colega no se podían sacar después de colocarlas allí, así que tuve que buscar a alguien para que la arreglara.

La comida también puede ser la distancia del hotel. Si hay agua caliente para el lugar de nadar, es mejor. Otros ascensores del hotel, etc., es un poco largo. Todo lo que se come en el hotel es una tarifa de servicio. Si no se cobra, hahahahahahahahaha

Aunque es básico, cumple con todas las expectativas básicas. Bien ubicado, fácil de movilizarse y cerca al centro histórico y con playa casi privada. Todo el staff, desde porteros. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno y los consintieron haciendo arepas especiales.

El antiguo hotel de 5 estrellas que me alojé cuando vine por primera vez a CARTAGENA hace 10 años, quedó muy impresionado, especialmente por la distribución del patio, la piscina y el restaurante lateral. Llegó alrededor de las 10:00 am. Han sido 28 horas de vuelo y traslado desde Beijing. Está muy cansado y no quiero esperar hasta las 3 pm (en el Intercontinental, he recibido $ 50 por el check-in temprano). El plan para quedarse; la recepción dijo que la habitación estaba lista para vivir, y acordó adelantar el desayuno del último día al día, es muy raro, ¡gracias! La recepción, el restaurante y varios servicios son muy atentos, aunque la habitación parece vieja, todavía se sienten cosas ¡Excelente precio!

Reservamos 3 habitaciones para un viaje familiar, excelente opción. Frente al río, a pocos pasos de la iglesia San Francisco, muy tranquilo, servicio de desayuno a la carta, piscina y un salón con TV y juegos de mesa. Comedor amplio al aire libre y piano. Es una hotel de 9 habitaciones únicamente y el servicio es personalizado. Te ayudan a reservar tours y transporte.

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
