Un lugar muy conveniente para alojarse antes de nuestro vuelo. El check-in era a las 15:00, pero pudimos hacerlo a las 12:00 porque había habitaciones libres, lo cual agradezco, ya que muchos otros hoteles en Taiwán no permiten hacer el check-in antes de la hora establecida. El hotel ofrece transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y, con la estación de tren al lado, es muy práctico para llegar a Taipei 101 o Ximen. Le di 4 estrellas por las comodidades porque quizás el hotel es un poco antiguo y la madera de los armarios se está descascarando. Quizás deberían considerar renovar algunos de los equipos de la habitación. En general, todo era muy agradable, especialmente la vista del aeropuerto; es muy relajante ver los aviones despegar. La insonorización también era buena; no oímos ningún ruido en todo el día.

Entra en el salón es muy cómodo y limpio, el ascensor también espera rápidamente, la habitación está limpia y la bañera está limpia, veo el paisaje, la cama también es muy cómoda, el aislamiento de sonido también es muy bueno, una noche buena, el desayuno buffet también es muy agradable con muchas opciones, muy bueno.

飯店的地點在花蓮市中心，不管是要用餐或者要去其他景點的很方便，飯店很貼心免費升等房型，給我們兩大床真是舒服，窗外的景觀也很美麗，訂房的時～我們的需求飯店的服務人員也注意到了，下次有來花蓮一定再來入住。

El personal fue amable y atento. El personal de limpieza también fue muy atento. Aunque nos asignaron una habitación lateral, la experiencia en general fue excelente. La fruta de bienvenida estaba deliciosa 😋. El desayuno fue realmente variado. Comí con ganas y quedé muy satisfecho. No tuve tiempo de tomar muchas fotos, así que solo tomaré dos para ilustrarlas.

Es un hotel resort famoso por su exquisitez y servicio japonés en Kenting. La habitación ha sido renovada, por lo que no tienes que preocuparte por ser vieja. El balcón permite ver la piscina. La piscina no es grande, pero hay una piscina caliente circular al aire libre con masajes, que es bastante buena. El diseño del baño de la habitación no es bueno, el espacio es pequeño y el diseño del soporte del cabezal de la ducha no es razonable, lo que hace que la posición de la salida de agua sea incómoda. El personal de servicio es muy trabajador y entusiasta. Si tienes alguna pregunta que conozcan o escuchen de ti al pasar, te la informarán detalladamente y de forma proactiva. Al reservar una habitación en Ctrip, debes ir a la recepción para comprar un cupón de desayuno. Vale la pena comprarlo porque personalmente creo que el restaurante sabe mejor que los de la calle. Más tarde, probé el bar del vestíbulo y sabía bien. La ensalada griega estaba deliciosa. Hablando de desayuno, cuesta unos NT$999 para tres personas, lo cual no es demasiado caro, y el buffet que ofrecen es bastante exquisito. Lo único que no me convence es que los niños tienen sólo 9 años y el precio es el mismo. Esto es un poco diferente de las reglas generales. Vale la pena qued**** aquí para evitar los altos precios los fines de semana o durante la temporada alta.

Updates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time. ==================== 2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked. Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable. For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast. Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

Excellent room service and counter service. Response time fast.  Room is well maintained and clean. Location next to 2 metro stations- brown and green line.  Close by to Sogo and Breeze shopping malls.  I will return to stay here again.  The breakfast is very healthy selection.  A well managed hotel although the ground floor reception is old, does not make good impression. The restaurant on 2nd floor offers good dim sum.  The main floor restaurant offers oriental fried rice and fried noodles.  A good value for money restaurant. Worth every penny. Thanks to the staff for giving us a memorable stay.

I love the spacious & clean room with excellent view of the city .The lobby is well decorated with interesting wooden sculptures.The breakfast spread is fantastic with great varieties of food selection.I had a very relaxing & enjoyable stay here Will love to come back to Parkview Hotel again!Thank u for this wonderful experience!

We stayed at Manarch Plaza for one night as a stopover before our next flight out of Taipei. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations — from its convenient location and excellent facilities to the outstanding service. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great selection of both Asian and Western options. We’ll definitely choose Manarch Plaza again the next time we’re in Taipei.
