Great hotel. Receptionist - Wendy was very friendly and promptly checkin and upgraded our room to super spacious one bed room apartment. She also reminded us to wear warmer clothes when we told her we were going benxi cave. Housekeeper maintain the room so clean. Great breakfast spread. Near Shenyang railway station, less than 10min drive depending on traffic.

Really good stay. Great location within walking distance of the Yalu River Broken Bridge and lots of food options nearby. The view from the room is great. The lift is a bit slow and there's only one, but the reception is friendly, the room is spacious and modern. The room came with free drinks and beer. Really nice stay.

조식의 종류는 적지만 정말 맛있었다. 독특한 향신료 냄새가 덜나서 좋았다. 2층에 가면 시간에 맞춰서 차, 칵테일을 무제한 먹을 수 있다. 방에 냉장고가 없어서 2층에 음료수, 물이 무제한이며 그 냉장고에 차가운 음식을 넣을 수 있다. 아이스크림도 공짜! 프런트에서 친절하게 인사해주는 직원과 객실정리 해주시는 직원분도 친절하고 사려깊다. 나는 총 5박을 예약했다. 호텔 바로 옆에 현지인 추천 맛집이 있다. 조금만 걸으면 마사지샵, 맛집이 널렸다. 정말 가성비 최고다. 추운날 정전기가 잘 일어나서 엘리베이터 버튼 누를때 정전기가 강하게 온다 절대 핸드폰으로 버튼 누르지마라 아직도 생각나는건 조식에 나오는 감자전이다. 정말 또 먹고싶다 ㅠㅠ 강원도 사람이라 감자전 수없이 없는데 이게 최고다. 그리고 배달어플 꼭 설치해서 배달 많이 시켜먹어라.. 음식은 프론트에서만 수령 가능하다.. 아무리 비싸고 고급 호텔을 가도 직원이 친절하지 못하면 하급 호텔이다. 이 호텔은 친절 100% 고마워요. 좋은추억 좋은호텔 친절한 직원분 ❤️

La encimera del lavabo, el grifo y el espejo estaban impecables, sin manchas de agua ni residuos de cal. El inodoro estaba completamente limpio por dentro y por fuera, sin olores, y contaba con una tapa desechable. Los azulejos y la puerta de cristal de la ducha estaban libres de moho y suciedad. El desagüe del suelo estaba limpio y sin olores, e incluso las esquinas estaban meticulosamente cuidadas. Los artículos de aseo eran nuevos, sin abrir y ordenados, lo que me dio tranquilidad. Además, los detalles de la habitación eran impecables. Los escritorios, los muebles de la televisión, los sofás y demás muebles estaban libres de polvo acumulado; las rejillas de ventilación del aire acondicionado estaban limpias y sin residuos, y no había olor al encenderlo; incluso el control remoto y los interruptores de la luz, que a menudo se pasan por alto, mostraban signos de limpieza. here weather is pleasant and there is a staff member named Joey who can communicate in English. She looks like a model and has a charming smile. I washed my clothes and hat here, and she quickly found them for me. I'm very grateful for her warm service! I really like the river and the park here. Everything is wonderful.

The room was really clean and huge. There was a big bathtub and a washing machine with dryer for laundry. So it is very convenient to wash clothes. I love that the bed is huge and there’s also a sitting area as well. It would be much appreciated if the front desk staff can smile and be more patient and friendly to her guests upon arrival and check in.

My phone couldn't connect to the domestic WiFi, and he actively sought help from his leader Sean to solve the problem for me, which took a lot of time. I was very grateful. The Guest Relations Manager Alisa saw that l was in a hurry and processed my check-in procedures in advance, and even sent a fruit basket to my room, showing great concern for my stay experience. New hotel near dalian airport, hotel offer shuttle. Wanda shopping mall behind. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, for western guest could have small improvement. Over all was a pleasant stay
