Una estancia cálida e inolvidable en el Conrad Shenyang Durante nuestra estancia en el Conrad Shenyang, el excepcional servicio nos impresionó profundamente. Si bien la ubicación, las instalaciones y las impresionantes vistas del hotel son fantásticas, fue la atención personalizada del personal lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera inolvidable. Cuando mi hija enfermó y no desayunó, el gerente de la división de habitaciones, Robert, tuvo la amabilidad de reservarle pan. El gerente de atención al cliente de recepción nos ayudó a conseguir medicamentos e incluso coordinó con el restaurante la preparación de gachas de mijo fuera del horario habitual. Un agradecimiento especial al gerente de atención al cliente nocturno, Tom, y a su equipo, quienes se desvivieron por ayudarnos con un asunto urgente relacionado con el gobierno local. Su atención nos hizo sentir como en casa, como chinos residentes en el extranjero. Esta maravillosa experiencia ha profundizado nuestro amor por China. I had a wonderful stay. The view was absolutely stunning, the service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were modern, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. Every part of the experience felt comfortable and premium. The staff were especially kind and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I was very satisfied overall and would definitely visit again.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

The hotel is in prime location. The rooms is spacious and the balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sea view. The soundproofing is good. The cleanness of the room is average. There were grease smudges on the dining table/ bar table in the room. Additional blankets and bottled water is plentiful. Breakfast is average. The sticky floor in the cafe area is the biggest downside of this hotel. Tourist attractions are in close proximity. The pool and the gym are well equipped. Overall, it is a good option for exploring the sea and mountains and leisurely vacations.

La estancia en el Dalian Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, superó todas mis expectativas durante mi viaje a Dalian. La atmósfera del castillo de estilo europeo es impresionante, y desde el jardín elevado se puede admirar el puente Xinghai con puestas de sol espectaculares, perfecto para fotos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con ventanales que dan directamente al mar, y la limpieza está impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Sunny de Relaciones con los Huéspedes. Fue detallista y paciente, organizó meticulosamente todas mis solicitudes previas y respondió rápidamente. Su servicio fue perfecto, sin ser intrusivo. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad. My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

Es un hotel recién inaugurado. El vestíbulo es muy cómodo y la ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar a pie a las atracciones cercanas. Ofrecen una bebida de bienvenida. La suite familiar de dos dormitorios es espaciosa y el desayuno es bastante variado, aunque es mejor ir temprano ya que después de las 9:30 AM escasean algunos alimentos. El servicio también es bueno, responden a todas las preguntas. Al principio nos dieron una suite familiar con una forma extraña y las instalaciones viejas, pero después de quejarnos nos cambiaron a una habitación de forma regular. Hubiera sido mejor si nos hubieran dado la habitación cuadrada desde el principio. Nos encontramos con muchos huéspedes coreanos. Hay una lavandería y un gimnasio en el quinto piso.

El hotel Pullman Dalian es un hotel excelente, especialmente debido a su ubicación. También hay una tienda de conveniencia Lawson cercana que opera 24 horas, lo que hace muy conveniente comprar cualquier cosa que necesite. El personal también fue muy amable y útil, en particular, una persona llamada Cathy que nos ayudó con la entrada y la salida de la habitación dejó una fuerte impresión. En el viaje, se ha convertido en nuestro cumpleaños, y Cathy nos ha celebrado con alegría preparando una torta e incluso nos ha ayudado a organizar una salida tardía. La encimera del lavabo, el grifo y el espejo estaban impecables, sin manchas de agua ni residuos de cal. El inodoro estaba completamente limpio por dentro y por fuera, sin olores, y contaba con una tapa desechable. Los azulejos y la puerta de cristal de la ducha estaban libres de moho y suciedad. El desagüe del suelo estaba limpio y sin olores, e incluso las esquinas estaban meticulosamente cuidadas. Los artículos de aseo eran nuevos, sin abrir y ordenados, lo que me dio tranquilidad. Además, los detalles de la habitación eran impecables. Los escritorios, los muebles de la televisión, los sofás y demás muebles estaban libres de polvo acumulado; las rejillas de ventilación del aire acondicionado estaban limpias y sin residuos, y no había olor al encenderlo; incluso el control remoto y los interruptores de la luz, que a menudo se pasan por alto, mostraban signos de limpieza.
