This hotels really surprised us with the anesthetic, believe me the photos do not do this hotel justice. You need to see this in person. The lights, the smells, the friendly staff at the door and the amazing reception ladies that do everything to make you feel like this hotel is in your country. Must visit when you are in the area.

We are from NZ and travelled to Dandong to view the key tourist attractions, Yalu River and War Museum. We were greeted by Crystal Zhang at the Wanda hotel during check in. Thankfully Crystal spoke fluent English. Crystal was very helpful and friendly helping us both with an upgrade, advice on tourist attractions, organising taxis with the Porter, advice on a Korean BBQ restaurant that she recommended. We followed Crystal’s advice which made for a very enjoyable stay at the Wanda Hotel in Dandong. Crystal was very attentive and caring for my wife and myself during our stay. Thanks Crystal!

Highly recommended!! They provided airport drop off services, and even prepared takeaway breakfast as I had an early flight. Super friendly staff and very clean room!!

每年寒假暑假都帶孩子外出旅行，我們堅信讀萬卷書，行萬里路。讓孩子在旅途中不僅看見書本內的內容，還能深刻感受書本外的美景。 這個酒店就是最好的詮釋。走進大廳第一眼，我被吸引，我被震撼，簡直太美了，是那種撲面而來的文化魅力。一個城市的非遺文化館竟然藏在酒店裡。 其他設備、衞生、服務、環境都是五星級標準。🤗🤗🤗🤗 再説説晚餐和早餐。早餐很豐富；晚餐有熬的粥，特別暖胃，還貼心配了非遺鹹菜。

The room offered excellent value for money considering both its size and location. I booked a double room, which consisted of two connected rooms—one as a living area, leading to a bedroom, and then to a bathroom with a dressing area. Overall, the space felt much larger than what was stated in the listing. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the subway, and it's also within walking distance of Shenyang Railway Station. The interior had a classic hotel style with warm, muted tones. Despite the traditional look, the room and its amenities were well-maintained and not outdated. There were even two televisions provided. At a price of 400–500 CNY, I found this accommodation to be an excellent deal. It would be hard to find another room that offers such great value.

This is our second stay in Shangri-la during our China trip this time. Since they remember us, the reception was even warmer. All our needs were considered and served in the best way. Jenifer at the counter gave us the warmest welcome back.  Good job Team! We'll be back! Cheers

La ubicación del hotel también es excelente, con fácil acceso al transporte público, lo que facilita y agiliza las compras, los restaurantes y las visitas a las atracciones populares. El entorno es agradable, y las noches son tranquilas y cómodas, sin interrupciones. El servicio del hotel es excelente, y las habitaciones son limpias e higiénicas. El desayuno fue abundante y variado, con opciones tanto chinas como occidentales. Los ingredientes, frescos y deliciosos, me revitalizaron para el día. Esta estancia superó con creces mis expectativas, y espero sinceramente volver a alojarme aquí y disfrutar de un servicio tan excelente y un entorno tan cómodo.

We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

Durante mi reciente visita a Shenyang, tuve el placer de alojarme en el Hotel Shengjing Guli, un lugar que se convirtió en el centro de una experiencia inolvidable en esta vibrante ciudad. Este hotel no solo me ofreció un lugar cómodo para descansar, sino que también me sumergió en la rica historia y cultura de Shenyang. Mi habitación era espaciosa y estaba impecablemente limpia. La cama era sumamente cómoda, con sábanas suaves y una gran variedad de almohadas para elegir. El baño estaba equipado con artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una ducha con presión de agua excelente. Lo que más me gustó fue la vista desde la ventana: podía ver parte de la ciudad histórica de Shenyang, con sus calles animadas y los edificios que narran la historia de años y años. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante excepcional. Además, la ubicación del Hotel Shengjing Guli es perfecta. Está cerca de muchos de los lugares turísticos más famosos de Shenyang, como el Palacio Imperial de Shenyang. En resumen, mi estancia en el Hotel Shengjing Guli de Shenyang fue una experiencia maravillosa. Gracias a su excelente servicio, instalaciones cómodas y ubicación privilegiada, me sentí como en casa lejos de casa. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Shenyang en el futuro, este será mi primer lugar de elección para alojarme. ¡Totalmente recomendado para cualquier viajero que quiera experimentar la esencia de Shenyang!
