Una estancia cálida e inolvidable en el Conrad Shenyang Durante nuestra estancia en el Conrad Shenyang, el excepcional servicio nos impresionó profundamente. Si bien la ubicación, las instalaciones y las impresionantes vistas del hotel son fantásticas, fue la atención personalizada del personal lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera inolvidable. Cuando mi hija enfermó y no desayunó, el gerente de la división de habitaciones, Robert, tuvo la amabilidad de reservarle pan. El gerente de atención al cliente de recepción nos ayudó a conseguir medicamentos e incluso coordinó con el restaurante la preparación de gachas de mijo fuera del horario habitual. Un agradecimiento especial al gerente de atención al cliente nocturno, Tom, y a su equipo, quienes se desvivieron por ayudarnos con un asunto urgente relacionado con el gobierno local. Su atención nos hizo sentir como en casa, como chinos residentes en el extranjero. Esta maravillosa experiencia ha profundizado nuestro amor por China. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendamos ampliamente el Conrad Shenyang a todos los viajeros.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

The hotel is in prime location. The rooms is spacious and the balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sea view. The soundproofing is good. The cleanness of the room is average. There were grease smudges on the dining table/ bar table in the room. Additional blankets and bottled water is plentiful. Breakfast is average. The sticky floor in the cafe area is the biggest downside of this hotel. Tourist attractions are in close proximity. The pool and the gym are well equipped. Overall, it is a good option for exploring the sea and mountains and leisurely vacations.

La estancia en el Dalian Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, superó todas mis expectativas durante mi viaje a Dalian. La atmósfera del castillo de estilo europeo es impresionante, y desde el jardín elevado se puede admirar el puente Xinghai con puestas de sol espectaculares, perfecto para fotos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con ventanales que dan directamente al mar, y la limpieza está impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Sunny de Relaciones con los Huéspedes. Fue detallista y paciente, organizó meticulosamente todas mis solicitudes previas y respondió rápidamente. Su servicio fue perfecto, sin ser intrusivo. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad. No es solo un hotel popular para Instagram, sino un lugar donde realmente te sientes cómodo. Es ideal tanto para parejas como para familias. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente el Swissotel Shenyang a cualquier viajero que visite Shenyang! Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en la suite Swiss Select y era súper espaciosa, limpia y con vistas despejadas a la Torre de Televisión de Shenyang. La habitación también estaba muy bien diseñada y equipada, ¡lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda! El personal fue increíblemente hospitalario, desde el personal de recepción hasta el de limpieza; todos fueron muy amables y genuinos, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. La limpieza está bastante bien. Sin embargo, tanto el servicio como las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. En primer lugar, las instalaciones no es que sean solo viejas; el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y la habitación estaba demasiado calurosa. Además, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo. La luz del armario también hacía un ruido ensordecedor. Es la primera vez que me encuentro con un hotel así. El primer día, después de la limpieza, no repusieron el agua ni las bolsitas de té, pero las pedí por teléfono y me las trajeron.

La ubicación del hotel también es excelente, con fácil acceso al transporte público, lo que facilita y agiliza las compras, los restaurantes y las visitas a las atracciones populares. El entorno es agradable, y las noches son tranquilas y cómodas, sin interrupciones. El servicio del hotel es excelente, y las habitaciones son limpias e higiénicas. El desayuno fue abundante y variado, con opciones tanto chinas como occidentales. Los ingredientes, frescos y deliciosos, me revitalizaron para el día. Esta estancia superó con creces mis expectativas, y espero sinceramente volver a alojarme aquí y disfrutar de un servicio tan excelente y un entorno tan cómodo.
