The hotel is centrally located, just a stone's throw from the iconic Kaifeng Drum Tower and bustling night market—we could even see the tower from our window. Set in the historic old town, it's within walking distance (about 20 to 30 minutes) of most major attractions. The facilities are modern and well maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout: the toilet and shower are separated, and the wash basin is conveniently located in the living area. Room service was excellent—everything we used was replaced, and drinking water was consistently replenished. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel.
