Fue un viaje muy agradable. El primer día habíamos reservado el hotel, y aunque llegamos tarde al lugar turístico justo después del cierre, el hotel intercedió por nosotros y nos permitieron entrar, así que pudimos alojarnos con éxito. Los servicios del hotel son excelentes, la higiene es de cinco estrellas, y las instalaciones no son viejas. El botones incluso nos dio un pequeño obsequio de bienvenida. ¡Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Además, el segundo día, al salir del hotel, bajamos tarde y nos quedamos varados en la montaña. I was quite surprised that they didn't want to pick us up at the terminal, but it was different with those 2 guests. 2. The next day when we were taken to the south gate, the driver told my mother the pick-up location for the evening when we would return to the hotel, quite far from the south gate exit. He reasoned that due to the traffic conditions, he would have difficulty picking us up. On the evening we got off the Huangshan bus, we got off at the wrong place (the point where we got off and the pick-up point were about 2.5 km apart). We contacted the hotel to see if they could pick us up, as we had already tried ordering Didi and conventional taxis, but they were difficult in that area. The roads were also not congested at that time. When we were picked up, the driver (the same guy from that morning) shouted at my mother that he had already told her the pick-up point that morning, even though she had already explained to him that we had gotten off at the wrong time and that there were no taxis or Didi available. I am writing this review because I am quite angry with your driver's attitude, which shows a complete lack of courtesy towards elders. I am not giving your hotel a total bad score, as the rest of the service is good, but the only problem is that your driver did not provide the service he should have. Hopefully, you can improve.

Fue una experiencia muy buena. La posada, que data de una antigua casa, fue renovada y su diseño es muy clásico, conservando algunos objetos de las antiguas casas de Huizhou. Hay un amplio espacio público donde se puede tomar un té y charlar con amigos, o encontrar un rincón para leer solo. La antigua calle Tunxi está justo afuera, y el río Xin'an está junto a ella. Se puede dar un paseo al atardecer junto al río y también visitar la antigua calle Liyang, que no está lejos. El único inconveniente es que está un poco lejos del área escénica de Huangshan. Se tarda aproximadamente una hora en taxi, así que se puede planificar el viaje con antelación. El dueño de la posada es muy amable y el servicio es atento. En resumen, fue una experiencia perfecta.

The hotel was located in an awkward area, which isn’t easily accessed when the nearby cable car isn’t active. I wish we’d been told when booking. We had to hike over an hour just to arrive at the hotel, lugging our luggage. You can pay to have workers carry it (which felt so wrong but we physically couldn’t carry it back). The hotel assisted in this, which was nice—but suddenly, we found the price climbing higher and higher as we talked with them. The restaurant food wasn’t great, either. I don’t eat meat and I about near starved, haha. There was smoking inside too, which wasn’t pleasant. The room itself was nice for a night. There were jackets and torches inside, the hotel alerted us to the weather conditions. All in all, a bit of a mixed bag!

We got upgraded for free cause a room was available. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly. They will drive you to nearby stores and restaurants for free. Hotel room has everything you need: reliable warm water, toiletry supplies, tea, water and clean towels. You have access to a washing machine dryer and a pool outside. You are surrounded by nature so it is very quiet compared to other places in china.

Great hotel with helpful staff. Had a language barrier with ordering room service but staff worked with me to figure out everything and food was outstanding. Also a very nice buffet breakfast and dinner.
