HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Muy cerca de la Basílica de San Pedro, a poca distancia a pie. La distribución de la habitación es interesante. Sin embargo, el tipo de habitación en la que nos alojamos es más adecuado para jóvenes, no para personas mayores, ya que hay que subir escaleras. El baño es bastante básico, pero limpio. La habitación está limpia y cuenta con microondas y hervidor de agua. No hay televisión, zapatillas ni pañuelos de papel. El personal fue muy atento. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno; nos ayudaron a prepararlo para llevar. El desayuno estaba delicioso.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, la atención es muy buena Stefhany me recibió en recepción y tuve un check in bastante rápido, ella fue muy amable Pude guardar las maletas mientras esperaba que me dieran la habitación a las 3pm Aunque la zona afuera no es excelente por lo que hay personas extrañas ya que está muy cerca de la terminal, siempre había seguridad cerca y la policía pasaba rondando En las habitaciones no se escuchaba ruidos y pudimos descansar tranquilos Queda a dos cuadras de termini, y hay una estación de bus bastante cerca lo que se nos facilitó cuando salíamos y al llegar de noche

¡La habitación era bastante espaciosa! ¡Me sorprendió encontrar un balcón pequeño! No había zapatillas en la habitación. Lo malo fue que estaba un poco oscura en general. El servicio de limpieza es diario y el hotel tiene un alto nivel de seguridad. ¡Se necesita una tarjeta para entrar por la puerta principal después de las 23:00! ¡También hay una puerta independiente a la habitación que requiere tarjeta para entrar! ¡Doble seguridad! Nos asignaron tres habitaciones con una sola puerta principal. ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Roma!

En general, fue bueno, pero hay un par de momentos que han roto las impresiones, y en su mayoría son momentos de organización de la recreación. La zona donde se encuentra el apartamento es muy tranquila. Está a 20-50 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones y a 5 minutos de la estación de metro. Si no quiere caminar, puede tomar el metro. El transporte es muy práctico. La habitación es muy cómoda y tranquila, siempre y cuando la gente del piso de arriba no haga ruido. Es una lástima que el baño no esté completamente separado de las zonas húmeda y seca. Los electrodomésticos de la habitación son de grandes marcas. Se puede lavar la ropa, pero hay que usar la lavadora pública de recepción. El ascensor, de estilo antiguo, es muy interesante, pero demasiado pequeño. El servicio es muy bueno, amable y puntual.

Очень удобное расположение, ходили в центр пешком. Мы поздно заселялись, поэтому для нас оставили всю необходимую информацию на закрытом ресепшене. Приятный персонал, отвечали на все вопросы, отлично говорят по-английски. В номере свежий приятный ремонт, большой балкон с видом на деревья. Были все необходимые расходники и техника: фен, чайник, хорошо работал вайфай и система кондиционирования. В такой отель хочется вернуться
