The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

Me sentí tan cálida y conmovida 💓 En segundo lugar, es realmente seguro alojarse en el hotel. Tienes que pasar tu tarjeta para entrar por la puerta y subir al ascensor. Para mí que viajo sola, me siento muy segura. Hay mucha comida abajo, así que no tengo que preocuparme por la comida ni la bebida. 🥰 Por último, el hotel dispone de instalaciones completas y todo lo necesario, y no son productos de baja calidad. Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent — Somerset Heping Shenyang sits right next to the main shopping street, which makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the city on foot. It’s one of those places where everything you need is just steps away. We stayed in a 3‑bedroom apartment, and the space was genuinely impressive. The layout is generous, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the overall environment feels comfortable and homelike. It’s a great setup for families or groups who want both privacy and shared space. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

今回は出張で使話せていただきました ロケーションは地下鉄の中山公園駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、コンビニもホテルの１階にあり、便利です ホテルというよりはマンションの一室を借りる感じですが、 出張で行く分には、十分な環境です スタッフもフレンドリーで、次回も使わせていただきたいと思ってます

A pesar de estar en una habitación mucho más pequeña que la de mis colegas. Fui una estancia muy agradable. Me disfruté de mi viaje, está cerca de todo. Facil de localizar y amigable escritorio delantero. Me encanta el lugar. Aparte de las ventanas sucias es 9/10 para mí.

El hotel no está en una zona céntrica, pero es muy conveniente; el centro comercial y la estación de metro están justo al lado. En general, el personal es atento. No ofrecen lujos como mejoras de habitación, grandes sonrisas ni recuerdos, pero algunos empleados son muy considerados, como las mujeres del gimnasio y el técnico que enviaron a mi habitación para arreglar el aire acondicionado. ¡Un diez para su excelente servicio! Las comodidades son de estilo clásico, pero lo que más me gustó fue la bañera y la lavadora en la habitación.
