UUsuario invitadoHad quite a hard time with this booking.
1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time.
2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients.
3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available”
4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets
In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!

LLittleMoonMoonOverall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well.
A few areas need improvement:
Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing.
Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night.

UUsuario invitadoThe good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families.
Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good.

No hay limpieza de habitación y servicio a tiempo durante las tres noches que nos quedamos. Pero todo parece nuevo y limpio. Ofrecen suficientes tejidos, papel higiénico y tabletas de lavado incluso. El hotel está cerca del tráfico, cómodo pero muy ruido. Pero es definitivamente bastante caliente y no será tan cómodo sin aire acondicionado en el clima caliente.

RRossThe room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

UUsuario invitadoBooked this room for me and my friends during our weekend trip over to quebec city and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness, interior design, and spaciousness of this room. It was way bigger than I expected and even had a TV with netflix and other entertainment. The room was beyond spotless, way better than other airbnbs or hotels out there, even the stainless steel on the sink was so shiny! It was about a 20minute walk away from old quebec which was perfect for us to walk and see the views! Really enjoyed my stay and would reccommend this hotel :D Check-in and check-out was so simple as well and could be done online, great job to the management! Only downside would be that there isnt a lift, but not a problem for me and my group!

CCozyExplorerWe stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

UUsuario invitadoEs un hotel muy bueno, muy cerca de la estación de tren, las atracciones de la antigua ciudad pueden visitar a pie, el tren a las 5:30 del día siguiente, por lo que eligió un cuarto sin desayuno con cocina, con todos los equipos de cocina, con todos los tipos de aparatos eléctricos, muy limpio, cómodo y precio razonable, si se queda por la noche, Para entrar en el hotel, por favor, contacte antes de quedarse, o no tienes la contraseña y el número específico de la habitación que no puede entrar en la tienda de la camioneta. ¡Es un hotel sin servicio de recepción, cerrado por la puerta, no hay experiencia en este tipo de hotel por primera vez, ¡puedes probarlo!

KKeithycatMe and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me.
The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well.
Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊
