This building in Miramare (Riccione) is very close to the sea and just few kimeters to Rimini city centre. The apartment has everything you need for your staying: equipped kitchen with oven, ac, washmachine, TV and all is brand new. Nero d'avorio aparthotel has reception, parking lot and a lovely swimming pool. You may need a car or public buses to explore cities around.I tried to leave in advance my apartment here for personal reasons but unfortunately this request could not be satisfied.

Muy bien alojamiento, apartamento cómodo con dos balcónes no vista al mar, pero justo en la playa. Personal de servicio muy amable desde la recepción hasta el check-out. Limpio, cómodo. Fue una descubrimiento casual y repentina, pero nos encontramos muy bien. Situado justo en el mar y con entrada en la carretera de largo mar donde la noche puede pasear tranquilamente. Aparcamiento, a pago, cómodo bajo la estructura.

Vivimos en 5 en el Lugano Residence del 1 al 5 de agosto. La residencia está en una zona estratégica, a unos 200 metros del mar y a 100 metros de uno de los principales cursos del país (Curso en el que pasan todos los principales autobuses). El check-in es a las 15, pero si la habitación está libre, te hacen entrar antes (nos hemos entrado a las 11:10.30). El personal todo, siempre ha demostrado ser amable y disponible a cada hora del día y de la noche. Limpieza excelente, ascensor funcional. 2 condicionadores en nuestro apartamento, 2 balcón, baño bastante espacioso. Cocina con todo. Precio en la norma, 4 noches, 120 euros por persona incluidos impuestos.
