Los mejores apartamentos en Reutlingen

Ya hemos estado en este hotel con frecuencia en el pasado, unos años, siempre que estuvimos en Reutlingen. No era tan moderno, pero cómodo y todo se desarrolló cordialmente y orientado a los huéspedes. Perfecto para un corto viaje. ¡Siempre nos gustaba volver! Ahora los cuartos están encantados, hermosos y nuevos, nos gusta el ascensor facial... los baños siguen siendo viejos... pero podríamos haber vivido con eso. No podemos vivir con personal desinteresado en la recepción, que en el pasado se ocupa de las preguntas amables y no tiene ninguna obligación, no se ocupa de sus huéspedes cuando llegan, Discutiremos su fiesta antes de nosotros, ignorando nuestra pequeña petición de ayuda, y luego iremos a la fiesta en un momento oportuno. Mi tarjeta de crédito se cargaba con dos veces el desayuno que no teníamos, lo que había sido hablado por teléfono antes. No hemos recibido una factura y hasta ahora no hemos respondido a nuestra petición por correo electrónico para aclarar esta situación. Así que no, no puedo recomendar este hotel y tengo que pasar la noche en Reutlingen en el futuro. Lo que parecía una mejora... se ha demostrado como un deterioro que atacó a los viejos huéspedes. ¡Sólo un daño y tan poco profesional!

Vivimos en este hotel cuatro noches. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Muy cerca del centro. Las operaciones de check-in y check-out son muy fáciles. Los trabajadores son amables y invitados. El hotel es muy viejo, pero muy cuidadoso. Nos quedamos en una habitación cómoda. La habitación y el baño eran suficientes. El limpieza era perfecta. El cuarto se limpia todos los días y los toallas se cambian todos los días. El desayuno es muy grande. El desayuno era suficiente. Había desayunos, especialmente aceite, queso blanco, no hay calefacción en la habitación, y nos alejamos de este hotel.

Muy bueno hotel en el centro. Reservamos este hotel para un corto viaje. Todo fue simplemente perfecto. Personal en la recepción amigable y útil , habitaciones muy limpias y perfectamente equipadas. Ahora la cubierta de la escena. De la pareja de operadores, a pesar de las difíciles y cuestionables condiciones de Corana, hemos recibido un desayuno que busca su mismo. Sólo el mejor. No hemos estado aquí por última vez.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 100 m von dem Anfang der Reutlinger Innenstadt entfernt, eigentlich nur einmal über die Straße. Schöne Zimmer, sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und umfangreich. Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für 12 Euro pro Tag unter dem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder.

Schon der Empfang durch Herrn Tammam war überaus herzlich! Das Hotel strahlt in allen Bereichen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und sehr sauber. Die Minibar auf dem Zimmer steht sogar kostenfrei zur Verfügung und das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze im Hof. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Geburtstagsüberraschung: Eine Flasche Sekt, Muffins, Kerzen und alles begleitet von einem Geburtstagsständchen durch das Team - einfach der Hammer! Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt.

Reservamos el hotel via hotels.com. Fue también el único que nos fue mostrado en Reutlingen ... Situación: en la zona industrial. Nada bonito. alrededor de 20 minutos a pie en el centro. Para nuestras necesidades estaba bien. habitación: Reservamos una habitación con jaccuzzi. La habitación era muy grande, como la jaccuzzi. en la medida de lo posible. Pero: Jaccuzzi probablemente no se limpió/desinfectó después de los últimos invitados. Se pudo descubrir los puntos claros, etc., que se eliminan con purgas sencillas puede. La habitación es como se dice, grande pero incansablemente decorada. Todo parece muy frío. Puridad: estaba bien limpia (salvo el jaccuzzi). pero podría haber sido mejor. además: mañana se hizo ”la cama”, diciendo la tapa corta, se ignoraron las copas, etc. personal no se quedará más de 5 minutos en la habitación Pasaron. camas: matraces demasiado suaves. raramente he dormido tan mal y probablemente necesito un chiropráctico para reconstruirme. personal: amable si necesitas algo, Pero en principio ”absenta”. se pregunta constantemente por qué están llevando un hotel. Definitivamente no hay pasión con ello. al check-out, hay una gran confusión porque habíamos reservado sobre hotels.com. no estaba claro, que el pago debería correr a través de la plataforma de reserva. Claro que no hemos pagado la segunda vez ... Entonces también podíamos ir, pero todo parecía muy incompetente . Restaurante asociado: poco mejor que un girador-take-away. desayuno buffet ¡Se ha enriquecido de forma indeseable, pero tiene todo lo que necesitas (frasas, musli, frutas, café) todo en todo: por este precio, sin duda, puedes esperar más!

I stayed here as part of a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated. The staff member who checked us in (Lyubomir Ivanov) was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good size and also nicely decorated. The mirror however was in a strange place – right next to the door and not by the dressing table which was a bit awkward. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was large. The do provide an all in one shower-bodywash, and a hairdryer is in the room. The TV was big and had a variety of channels. There was some issues with the window that few in our party had trouble with. You cannot open it, you need to get a member of staff too, even though it only opens a little, and then ask them to close it too. There was also unfortunately no kettle. They provided you with one small bottle of sparkling water (in a double bedroom 2 would have been better). The bed was comfortable however I did find it strange having 2 separate duvets on a double bed. There is also NO SAFE. Overall comfortable but a kettle would have been appreciated for boiling water. Breakfast was ok. A selection of teas, coffee and some juices. No cooked food. A few cereals and the yoghurt/fruit was nice. Disappointed there was no hot food, and there was only rolls of bread (no toaster), and a few croissants – that were not replenished. For the number of guests there, especially on our second morning, I would have hoped more would have been supplied and maybe even a bigger variety of pastries. There is NO BAR here – drinks and snacks from a vending machine are available, (‘wine’, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and a couple of spirits with mixers). However this was not restocked, but when we did ask at reception and Lyubomir restocked it straight away and said we could pay for a few warm ones now whilst we wait, with a bucket of ice, which was very kind. Very annoying that the tea/coffee machine had no teabags by it throughout our stay, so paying for a hot water – I was lucky I had my own teabags! Also, what I found strange was the lift you could only access your floor or the ground floor with your keycard. This was to avoid customers going on other floors. A bit of a pain if you are staying on a separate floor to your travel companion and have forgotten something, so have to go to the ground floor, meet up and then go back to your room! There is also have a pool table you can use. Also, to presumably cut staff costs – there is 1 to 2 people available on check-in – and they leave the hotel by 11pm. After that there are no staff available. Overall the room was nice, staff were friendly and it is a short walk from a couple of restaurants. However due to the lack of a bar, lack of staff availability and breakfast not being the best, I wouldn’t stay here again for more than 1 night.
