Easy access to the highway. Check in was quick. Philip at the reception was very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed is nice. The price is good. I stayed for 3 nights.

Felipe was very rude to guests. Called to mention there was no water in the room, and he just yelled and hung up the phone. Insanely horrible service from him at the front desk.

The location is great for quick access to the airport. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. We will continue to use this hotel for stays.

Great service very understanding employees, didn't really like how they had put the breakfast in a bag; because of COVID-19. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The pool was great as well!

Podría poner una excelente calificacion ya que todos los servicios estuvieron bien, desayuno, la gente del shuttle y recepción muy amables, etc. Pero estuvo terrible que no pudimos dormir porque tenian fiesta el la habitación de al lado hasta las 5 am y se escuchaban todos los ruidos, estabamos en la habitación 309 el dia 8enero23

Solo estuve una noche.la atención para check in fue excelente y me explicaron servicio de transporte al aeropuerto que desconocía y la hora de recogido. Ademas verifican que las personas anotadas sean transportadas a la hora acordada

The heat only worked on high and the cool was cold. I either froze when I turned it off or overheated when the heat was turned on. The front elevator did not work so I had to walk halfway down the building to get on the other elevator. This hotel really needs upgrades. I will not stay here again.

An elevator is as not working which was inconvenient. Rather noisy hallway Great staff and clean rooms

Everything was dirty, the elevator sounded like it was about to break, the beds were not queen size, there was a hole in the wall and the T.V. did not work. I checked out immediately after I checked in. After I left they charged me twice the next day and refused to help me with it. Had to have my bank dispute it.

We always stay here when flying out of the cities. Their shuttle is convenient and they have affordable parking

Booked a two night stay and the quality of the room was so far off base from the standards you’d normally see from a Choice hotels establishment. If I weren’t so exhausted when I arrived I would’ve noticed the details sooner. Empty booze bottles, personal possessions left behind, greasy smeared handprints on the headboard and nightstand, blood spatters inside the shower stall. Refused to stay the second night. And when I brought up the condition of the room I was met with a very rude and dismissive front desk staff member. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be demanding a refund. This hotel used to be so much better, but their standards have fallen so low, don’t bother staying here.
