I really enjoyed visiting this monastery again. At the end of may, there was an explosion of colourful roses. The old wooden church is under reconstruction.

A Much Needed Pilgrimage
Manastirea Sf. Maria Techirghiol is a lovely serene place to offer up your prayers and enjoy the serenity. The wooden church is a rare sight in this country and is a must see.
