Nice view of the city
If you’re staying in Varna, it’s worth climbing the 300 stairs just for the view. The monument itself is dated, yet it towers over the city keeping a watchful eye on the population.

The monument is BIG. Other than that, it is nothing special. A testament to Russian-Bulgaria history and sexism. Bulgarian girls welcoming Soviet male warriors.
