A great trip with the kids, the walking track is easy to follow down to the falls. Fernhook Falls is very serene - the scenery is delightful

Lots of water flowing

There’s been a higher than normal rainfall in the area over the past couple of months which certainly helped the water flowing on the Fernhook Falls today. There’s also some great walking trails.

Long drive for no water flow .....

Very long drive on gravel roads to find no water flowing, we suggest you check it out before you go. Had a nice walk around the area & we believe it would be lovely to see the falls in action.

Best in late winter or after heavy rains when the small drop waterfalls are at their most spectacular.

The sound of nature

Such a beautiful place. Just to sit unwind and listen to nature at its best was so relaxing. A must for people wanting to have some peace time.
