Hand in Hand
If you take the Derry Belfast bus and get an upstairs seat sit on the driver side you will get a good view of this sculpture .

Thought-provoking.
A simple statement of an ideal. I hope that it creates lasting reconciliation. My cynical side has seen other symbols of peace (e.g. Sarajevo Olympics) fall as the first victims in the next conflict. ...

This very nice bronze sculpture symbolizes the reconciliation but it is not possible to go near it as it is located on a very busy and noisy roundabout. it is a shame.
