Wonderful spot to see how remnant of Atlantic Forest.
We spent parts of 3 days in the reserve while on a birding tour. Easy walking along the roads plus some nice trails. Lots of great birds including some rare species. Highly recommend.

Beautiful comercial for the Vale do Rio Doce empire
The reserve is very nice and a worth while trip if you have a free day in Linhares our Sooretama. The restaurante is a kilo style (by weight) but quite good.
