There is a walking trail leading to Joffre Pool where it is possible to go for a swim. A good overview can be obtained from the lookout above near the pool track trailhead. Quite spectacular.

Beautiful

Well worth the long drive in from the western entrance. Quite different from Fortescue. The road between Dales and Joffre is best tackled in sturdy 4wd. We took the long way round.

good one with kids!

nice quick one, gorges are super tall, lots of ladders, but ok for kids! recommended- great spot for photos and lunch.
