The room was clean & modern. Bed was comfy. The charging pods were right next to the bed, and they even have a USB port - which made it super convenient having your phone right next to the bed charging. Light switches is also next to the bed, so you don’t need to walk to turn off/on the room lights. Downside is the bathroom, where there is no shower glass to prevent the water from over spilling into the other parts of the bathroom. Water drainage for the shower & sink is not very good, they do take a while to drain. Hair dryer is available but it’s not very powerful, almost impossible to dry your hair. No drinking water provided in  the room, but they do have water distiller for each floor. There is a kettle & fridge in each room. Breakfast is not buffet style, it’s more of a fixed set of menu for you to choose from. Hotel does provide complimentary luggage storage services for guests, and the concierge will help you to flag down a taxi if you need to hitch a ride to the airport.

¡Tuvimos una estancia excelente con toda la familia! El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, espacioso y cómodo, perfecto para relajarse después de un día de actividades. El personal fue increíblemente cálido y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones eran ideales para familias y nos sentimos como en casa. Muy recomendable para familias que buscan una estancia cómoda e inolvidable. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Good location. This hotel is located just in front of North Bus Terminal. So, it's very convenient to go anywhere in Cebu island. Also, there's a 7ELEVEn on the ground floor. Breakfast is yummy, and view from the room is wonderful.

We didn’t avail the food, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. It’s a good hotel for anyone looking for a simple, smooth, and hassle-free experience.

Amazing Stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu! I had a wonderful stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was cozy and spotless, and I really appreciated the free breakfast—it was simple but delicious. The location is also very convenient, close to transport and important places. Overall, it was an amazing stay and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Toyoko Inn Cebu and will surely stay here again!

Nearby to Ayala Malls. Eateries are nearby. Near to services like laundromat, barber, massage, convenience shops and etc. Hotel staff from front desk to security personnel are showing good service to the guests.

The service and staff are so hospitable, the king size bed is like sleeping on a cloud. But the friendly service and smiles makeit unforgettable.

Very affordable prices the pool was warm ,and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Perfect location, spotless room, and incredibly friendly staff. Will absolutely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

Excelente hotel para pasar la noche por una o dos noches. Ubicado en una zona conveniente, cerca de una gasolinera, Mac, Jolie y un montón de cafés, todo está limpio, acogedor, lo único que tienen está de moda, un aire acondicionado de ventana, hace ruido, por lo demás es normal.
