The room was clean & modern. Bed was comfy. The charging pods were right next to the bed, and they even have a USB port - which made it super convenient having your phone right next to the bed charging. Light switches is also next to the bed, so you don’t need to walk to turn off/on the room lights. Downside is the bathroom, where there is no shower glass to prevent the water from over spilling into the other parts of the bathroom. Water drainage for the shower & sink is not very good, they do take a while to drain. Hair dryer is available but it’s not very powerful, almost impossible to dry your hair. No drinking water provided in  the room, but they do have water distiller for each floor. There is a kettle & fridge in each room. Breakfast is not buffet style, it’s more of a fixed set of menu for you to choose from. Hotel does provide complimentary luggage storage services for guests, and the concierge will help you to flag down a taxi if you need to hitch a ride to the airport.

Super clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. I can’t understand the negative reviews about this hotel. The staff were always very attentive and reponded to any room issues promptly. The room cleaning was a bit hit and miss but the hotel was very busy over the Christmas holiday period so it was understandable.

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. El personal del escritorio del frente se desplazó muy lentamente, y el proceso se llevó casi 30 minutos debido a retrasos innecesarios. La habitación era muy limpia y muy espaciosa, lo que me gustaba. Localización-wise, este hotel es perfecto si va a Bantayan Island, ya que el Terminal de North Cebu Bus está literalmente en la propiedad. SM también es sólo un corto paseo, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación era confortable, el desayuno buffet fue decente y me gustaba especialmente su taho.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The place itself was very cozy, making it comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to book here again.

Amazing Stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu! I had a wonderful stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was cozy and spotless, and I really appreciated the free breakfast—it was simple but delicious. The location is also very convenient, close to transport and important places. Overall, it was an amazing stay and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Toyoko Inn Cebu and will surely stay here again!

Was well received at front desk. Good service from the hotel staff from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Nearby to eateries and laundry shop. Easily accessible to Ayala Malls . Appreciation to front desk staff Ms Kate for her assistance during checking before the official time. Thanks.

The service and staff are so hospitable, the king size bed is like sleeping on a cloud. But the friendly service and smiles makeit unforgettable.

The resort was nice and clean and the swimming pool was excellent because it was heated ..the only thing is it's far from the center but it was ok if u want to relax and have a solemn and peaceful stay .🤗🥰

The staff were friendly and helpful, which really made the experience enjoyable. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to many places of interest. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The city view from the room was a lovely bonus. There were a couple of minor issues: the hot water in the shower would sometimes stop and turn cold unexpectedly, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no water dispenser in the hotel, although I noticed a neighboring hotel did have one. Not a major issue, but something to note for future guests. Overall, Dragon Home Inn offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and well-located base in the city. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel is very accessible and convenient-just walking distance to the gym, convenience store, fast food, supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants. For location, I’m giving it a 6/5-it truly deserves it! Cleanliness needs some improvement. We saw a cockroach in the room when we arrived, and there were some mosquitoes too. I understand it’s more prone to this since all rooms are on the ground floor, but I hope they address it. Amenities are minimal, but that’s okay. Service is excellent-6/5 as well! The staff were very accommodating and even let us leave our bags at the reception after checkout. Overall, it was a good stay and we’ll definitely come back again.
