We booked two rooms for five people and requested an extra bed, which cost ₱1,000—good thing it already came with breakfast buffet access. However, the check-in experience wasn’t great. The front desk staff moved quite slowly, and the whole process took almost 30 minutes due to unnecessary delays. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. My only minor disappointment was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV. Location-wise, this hotel is perfect if you’re heading to Bantayan Island since the North Cebu Bus Terminal is literally right across the property. SM is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient. Overall, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was decent, and I especially enjoyed their taho. Despite the slow check-in, it was still a good stay for the price and convenience.

Acceptable! Affordable hotel, Clean room, Enthusiastic staffs, Quiet place, Complete facilities! Although the hotel is old, some of the room facilities are broken, Although window aircon a bit noisy, But according the price, What more do you expect?

Our second time stay at the Inn. Very prime location with access to mall. Friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Excellent stay. Looking forward to another stay at the inn.

Was well received at front desk. Good service from the hotel staff from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Nearby to eateries and laundry shop. Easily accessible to Ayala Malls . The resort was nice and clean and the swimming pool was excellent because it was heated ..the only thing is it's far from the center but it was ok if u want to relax and have a solemn and peaceful stay .🤗🥰

The staff were friendly and helpful, which really made the experience enjoyable. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to many places of interest. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The city view from the room was a lovely bonus. There were a couple of minor issues: the hot water in the shower would sometimes stop and turn cold unexpectedly, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no water dispenser in the hotel, although I noticed a neighboring hotel did have one. Not a major issue, but something to note for future guests. Overall, Dragon Home Inn offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and well-located base in the city. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel is very accessible and convenient-just walking distance to the gym, convenience store, fast food, supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants. For location, I’m giving it a 6/5-it truly deserves it! Cleanliness needs some improvement. We saw a cockroach in the room when we arrived, and there were some mosquitoes too. I understand it’s more prone to this since all rooms are on the ground floor, but I hope they address it. Amenities are minimal, but that’s okay. Service is excellent-6/5 as well! The staff were very accommodating and even let us leave our bags at the reception after checkout. Overall, it was a good stay and we’ll definitely come back again.
