Nos quedamos aquí una noche antes de volar de vuelta a casa. El staff muy amable, el desayuno espectacular, la habitación con una calidad-precio muy superior. Está delante de un mall donde puedes comer o comprar lo que necesites. Repetiría 100^

Location and price thumbs up, mattress very soft hence bad for oldies like me or those with sensitive back. Cleanliness/staffs' helpfulness:👍. Water pressure/shower floor area a bit poor/uneven/slight water pooling. Air conditioning: good, WiFi passed. Overall acceptable still for what you are paying, stayed 3 nights, give and take nothing to complaint. First room was bright fronting main road but no wardrobe, I requested to change to another room with wardrobe and the staffs were helpful, thanks Dorothy and Cyrus. Easy going people should have no issue staying here, but for those who are particular or fussy; not recommended.

Ambience: good ambience, peaceful, seems an expensive hotel. Check in check out: slow process. Does not take into consideration the time of the client. Call the front desk a head of time before checking out to hasten. The receptionist is not welcoming, not courteous. Rooms: exceptional! The view at 1210 was superb! All amenities were working. Clean room. The shower gel was watered down. The wifi was very slow almost unserviceable. Food: The only thing that pulls the hotel down. Food was mediocre; kept repeating the menu, taste like carinderia. Nothing special. They keep on providing processed food in the menu, ice bucket was not sturdy enough, they cant provide tongs. Condiments not available readily. It seems that they are cost cutting. Staff: said earlier guest are not very courteous. Overall: will go back for sure but we hope there will be improvements.

El lugar se ha convertido en un hotel fantasma, tan tranquilo en el vestíbulo, aunque la habitación que nos dieron está justo al lado de la gente de la fiesta con niños y era ruidosa. No tuve tiempo de quejarme, ya que era tarde y teníamos un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente. La chica del disco delantero no me prestó atención, ya estaba de pie en unos minutos esperando a que se diera cuenta y estaba ocupada con su teléfono celular, sorpresa muy graciosa. De todos modos, fue amable. La habitación es realmente excelente, la cama es firme y la almohada suave con una manta gruesa es realmente buena para tener una buena noche de sueño. El baño está climatizado, el wifi es rápido y funciona, a solo unos 10 minutos de viaje hacia el aeropuerto. Por alguna razón, hay algo que no puedo explicar en el vestíbulo cuando entras, como que se te eriza el cabello, no sé si soy la única que tuvo esta experiencia, me encantaría escuchar otras opiniones y experiencias. La cama grande es lo suficientemente cómoda para dar vueltas en la cama. Me quedaría allí de nuevo.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early or late flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly with check-in and were always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. Considering the location, service, and comfort, the price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and airport-friendly place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

¡Tuvimos una estancia excelente con toda la familia! El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, espacioso y cómodo, perfecto para relajarse después de un día de actividades. El personal fue increíblemente cálido y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones eran ideales para familias y nos sentimos como en casa. Muy recomendable para familias que buscan una estancia cómoda e inolvidable. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

La reserva del hotel incluye el traslado al aeropuerto, lo cual es genial. Sin embargo, la selección de alimentos para el desayuno podría mejorarse. Además, nos alojamos en la habitación 409 y la boquilla de la ducha era bastante mala. La descarga del inodoro tampoco era muy buena. En general, bastante bien por el precio.

Mi vuelo llegó temprano en la mañana para descansar un poco, elegí un hotel cerca del aeropuerto. La señora del mostrador tiene una muy buena actitud de servicio. Siempre está sonriendo y responde a todas sus preguntas. La habitación es pequeña pero ordenada. La sorpresa es que el enchufe está disponible con USB. El control de iluminación y aire acondicionado de todas las habitaciones es muy inteligente. Pero la primera habitación arreglada no tenía agua caliente. Después de preguntarle a la señora del mostrador, ella inmediatamente ayudó a transferir la habitación y resolvió el problema. Otra lástima es que las cortinas no oscurecen del todo, por lo que el sol te despertará temprano por la mañana. El aislamiento acústico es medio, se oye el tráfico en la carretera.

No complaints, as the price of the hotel is quite cheap, a place to sleep, location is not bad, short walk to Mango Avenue, Robinson Fuente etc, many shops around, aircond is old fashion window type but it's working well, water pressure is good, old country and western hot-cold shower mixer, the blanket is thin though, but again as said earlier, it does the job, good enough for a good night rest, buy your own drinking water from downstairs mini mart, basic soap shampoo and toothbrush/paste provided by hotel. For budget traveller, this is recommended, but but for those who are fussy and have better budget, pls skip this one.
