The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

Our stay with Best Western Plus Metro Clark Savers Mall Building MacArthur Highway was very good. Staff, all of them were excellent. The location is convenient.. Breakfast is good. We will go back again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

Dont be early, dont be late! Read carefull the reviews about time of check-in, check-out, whats included or for what you have to pay extra, what does it mean 'pool access', what does it mean way and distance to the beach ...

Nos encantaba probar el Prime Asia Hotel, basándose en las fotos que se vieron en línea. Bien: 1. La piscina de techo era lo suficientemente grande con numerosas opciones de asiento alrededor de ella. 2. El desayuno buffet tenía una amplia gama de platos. Amábamos que tenían dos platos cada uno para los huéspedes indios y coreanos. El arroz basmati tumerico era saboroso. El plato de huevos Gochugang y Cakes de pescado era delicioso. Aunque Masala Chicken no tenía especias, era blando. En las fotos en línea, las habitaciones tenían tablas laterales. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción para preguntar. Para ser justo, el personal de la casa buscaba una tabla lateral y podía traer una tabla (ver fotos). 2. No hay cocina eléctrica ni café/té. Los hoteles/motéis estándar incluso más bajos tienen estos. 3. La televisión inteligente no cargaría Netflix. Otra llamada a la recepción para que su personal técnico venga a repararlo. 4. El refrigerador de habitaciones no se apagaría. Cuarta llamada a la recepción para asistencia. El mantenimiento de la casa volvió y descubrimos que el refugio se descongeló al descongelar el interruptor. Para resumir, el hotel tiene mucho que hacer. Espero que la gestión actúe en estos puntos de mejora que no son difíciles de corregir. Por lo tanto, para ahora sólo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en general.

All was great in this hotel except for the delay in check-in. But we do appreciate that they offered a late check-out in lieu of the delay. Staff are kind and considerate.The food at the restaurant are good too and we enjoyed the jet ski and banana boat.Both swimming pools,they call it salt water and the other is fresh water are both warm water.The sea is warm and clean aswell so enjoyed to the max.

As a Kapampangan, I really enjoyed their food - it was delicious! The only issue was that the Clam Chowder became salty once it got cold, so it’s definitely something you need to consume while it’s hot. The lobby was fine, and the guards were accommodating. Some of the lobby staff were friendly, but others were not. Another issue was the foul odor coming from the toilet. I had to keep the exhaust running and leave the bathroom door open just to get rid of the smell. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they placed me at the far end near an area that was under construction, which was also where the workers stayed during their breaks. Additionally, I had to ask housekeeping to replace the duvet on my first day because it had visible dirt on it. On my second day, a new family checked in and it seemed like they were looking for their relative’s room. They didn’t knock; they tried to open my door right away. I called the front desk to report the incident, and they said they would inform the guard, but no action was taken. The second incident involved the same group-they were noisy in the hallway. I had to politely ask one of them myself to lower their voices. Since the rooms aren’t soundproof, I think the hotel may also be lacking clear house rules regarding noise. I gave an “okay” rating since it’s a 3-star hotel and I knew I shouldn’t expect too much, but the noise really ruined the experience.
