No pude entrar hasta las 3:00 p. m. ducha tenía pelo. Aparte de eso, era una habitación bonita y limpia.

From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room and view! Disappointed free WiFi was not for everyone. Breakfast was good and a nice variety!

El servicio de recepción fue muy amable y profesional. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación no estaba muy limpia. El baño estaba sucio, así como el lavabo del baño y nuestras sábanas. El mini refrigerador nunca se limpió y todavía tenía bebidas de quien se quedó allí antes que nosotros. Nunca me he alojado en un lugar que te haga pagar $ 9 por un desayuno de cereales. Además, cuando nos registramos nos dijeron que teníamos hasta las 12:00 para hacer el check out. Un par de horas antes, el servicio de habitaciones llegó, llamó a la puerta y preguntó cuándo estábamos haciendo el check out. Pensé que esto era muy poco profesional. Además, la piscina cierra a las 8, por lo que si tiene pequeños, es posible que desee investigar más. La ubicación era muy buena y el aparcamiento era muy práctico.
